I strongly advise against booking a stay at the KMM Hotel in Tbilisi. The staff, especially a receptionist named Ain, were unfriendly and unhelpful, resulting in one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in over 10 years of traveling.
Room Quality and Service: Upon arrival at 8 PM, I was given a room with a view of the garbage, and both the air conditioning and TV were not working. When I raised this with the receptionist, she informed me that this was a “standard room.” Although I was willing to pay for an upgrade, I was told I’d have to pay for both rooms that night (despite it already being 10 PM). I agreed to wait until the next day, but when I moved to the upgraded room, the air conditioning was still not functioning. After reporting this issue, a staff member checked and confirmed that the room temperature was 28°C despite the AC being set to 18°C. He said a technician would come the next day because none were available at that time. To my surprise, the receptionist called shortly after and claimed the AC was intentionally turned off because the weather was cold. When I questioned this, she simply stated it was hotel policy and said i dont have a solution for you. This left me to choose between sleeping in a hot room with the windows closed or opening the balcony doors and letting in flying bugs—an unacceptable situation. Breakfast Quality: On the first day, we went for breakfast at 9 AM and found most of the food was already gone letting you know she told me breakfast start 8am until 11am. And When I asked about eggs, the staff said they were out and asked us to wait 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, we were served barely cooked eggs, and I even found a WHITE HAIR in the toast. Needless to say, we skipped breakfast for the rest of our stay. Housekeeping Issues: Despite placing the “room service” sign outside the door every day and activating the service request, the room was never cleaned throughout our four-night stay NO GIVING WATER AND On the last day, a housekeeping staff member entered the room while I was sleeping at around 3 PM, SHE apologized, and left, but never returned to clean.
Overall, the KMM Hotel in Tbilisi was a disappointing experience with poor service, inadequate cleanliness, and unprofessional staff. I STRONGLY would not RECOMMENDED staying...

Read moreI recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the KMM Hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. From the very beginning, it was evident that this establishment lacked the basic amenities and customer service expected from a reputable hotel.
Firstly, upon entering the room, I was appalled to find that there was no bar soap provided in the bathroom. This basic necessity is expected to be provided in any decent hotel, and the absence of it was simply unacceptable.
Furthermore, to my dismay, there was no iron stand available in the room. As a frequent traveler, I rely on having access to a functioning iron to ensure my clothes are presentable. It was highly inconvenient to discover that such a basic amenity was not provided.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was abysmal. The options were extremely limited, and the quality of the food was poor. It was evident that minimal effort was put into providing a satisfactory breakfast experience for guests.
Adding insult to injury, the attitude of the restaurant staff was incredibly rude. Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction was disheartening. It is crucial for hotel staff to be courteous and accommodating, which was clearly lacking in this establishment.
To make matters worse, there was no water in the bathrooms during our stay. It was outrageous to not be able to use the facilities properly, and this issue was never resolved. As a result, we were left with no choice but to check out one day earlier than planned.
Perhaps the most alarming aspect of our stay was the behavior of the duty manager. Not only was their attitude unprofessional, but they also used racist language when interacting with my family members. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any establishment.
Considering the numerous issues we encountered during our stay, we demand a 100% refund for our ordeal at the KMM Hotel. The lack of basic amenities, poor breakfast, rude staff, absence of water, and the disgraceful behavior of the duty manager all contributed to an utterly dreadful experience. We strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel...
