We returned to this hotel because our first stay was quite decent, but unfortunately, this time we experienced several issues that left us disappointed: The toilet water kept running non-stop. The room wasn’t very high up, so cigarette smoke from people smoking in front of the hotel often drifted in. Even closing the window didn’t help, as the room had no functioning air conditioning—only a heater was working, which we assumed was due to an issue with the AC unit. The staff didnt know what to do witg an AC either. At breakfast, the sausage was served with the plastic casing still on. We're not sure if this is a local standard or just an oversight, but in all the countries we've traveled to, we've never encountered a hotel serving sausages without removing the plastic first. It’s something that absolutely shouldn’t happen, as it raises both hygiene and food safety concerns. On busy days when the hotel had more guests, the breakfast food ran out quickly and was not replenished, leaving many people with limited options. These small but important details reflected a lack of care and attention to service, especially disappointing compared to our previous experience.

Loved Bricks, almost no issues at all. Just the AC was unmanageable, and when I asked the lady (only one time) she said to set it a certain way and it didn't work. We weren't too bothered tho, because the weather was so nice. Also, the cleaning lady didn't speak English, and when I asked the front desk that we only need water bottles and no cleaning, the message was not given to the cleaning lady. So to management... I'd suggest some system for that

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We booked 3 nights at Bricks Hotel through Make My Trip. Our reservation was made more than a week before and it was a non-refundable booking. When we arrived around 7pm (Tbilisi time), to our surprise, we were advised by the receptionist that Bricks Hotel cancelled our reservation the same day of our arrival date due to overbooking and they said that they informed Make My Trip about the cancellation. However, no information was passed on to us. Even the MMT application reflects that our reservation is confirmed. There was no manager on duty to explain us the situation. And Bricks Hotel is only offering us 2 nights stay which will be a hassle for us and will affect our itinerary if we were to transfer to another hotel on our third day. Make My Trip was very difficult to contact. Their Facebook page/ messenger takes a long time to respond and useless. After few hours, an agent from Make My Trip contacted me and cannot give me an acceptable reason and explanation.

In the end, MMT refunded our payment in Bricks Hotel and gave us around 400+ dirhams as a compensation. Unfortunately, it took us until 11pm to wait for MMT’s advice to look for another hotel. Since it’s late at night, we had no choice but to book with the nearest hotel available using their website(with a higher rate) and not MMT’s app or any third party hotel booking app since it would need hours or at least a day or two to confirm the booking on the hotel’s system. We ended up paying four times the price that we were supposed to spend on a hotel.

I KNOW HOTEL IS LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO OVERBOOKING, BUT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION ON THE SAME DAY OF THE CHECK IN DATE IS UNACCEPTABLE. AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM MAKE MY TRIP TO INFORM US ABOUT THE CANCELLATION IS INTOLERABLE. BEWARE! HOPE THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN TO...

We booked one of the best rooms in this hotel through the Ostrovok service, upon arrival we were warmly welcomed at the reception, settled in. When we entered the room, it turned out that this was not the room that we had booked, but it was already late and we decided that we would spend the night here, and tomorrow we would figure it out. After about 10 minutes, we noticed ants on the floor - there were more and more of them and we realized that they clearly live here in a large colony. We went down to the reception and were helpfully given the keys to the new room. In a new room (on another floor) we also noticed a couple of ants, but it wasn't so critical anymore. But on the ceiling we saw a huge mold, to which I am allergic. I didn't have the strength to move anymore and we went to bed. After breakfast, we went to the manager to discuss this situation, change the room to the one we ordered, and refund the money for the first night, in response to which we received an ultimatum from the manager that either we stay here and the money is not returned to us, or we leave right now with a refund. To all our arguments that this is not normal - ants, mold, we received the answer "I don't see any problems here." As a result, we were moved to the room we ordered (not without favors), there was no point in looking for a new hotel, so we stayed, as well as the sediment from interacting with the manager. I do not...

I would like to leave a feedback for those who is considering this option I would say depending on price the hotel room and services should be IMPROVED. First of all the price 170 per night where you have to expect nice condition. Our bathroom was quite old, water pressure is low and whenever I asked to check , I have never received not a feedback nor fixing. It was always kind promises, I have just excepted the situation. And I have asked 3 time, funny though. Breakfasts are ok but limited and not attractive. It was a situation when we were napping in our room during lunch time and a cleaning lady tied to walk in without knocking on the door, when she saw us she slammed the door and escaped and that day we actually didn’t get fresh blankets and towels. Right after that we got a call from the administration regarding air conditioner. They asked if ours is working and if we need any fixing… imagine that we were sleeping that time and received this loud call regarding the problem we have never had. All in all, in my opinion I’m sure that you can find better option for this price considering the fact that food is quite cheap in Georgia and even if your hotel doesn’t serve breakfast so you can have in the nearest restaurant. Ending on a positive note, terrace view is flabbergasting! Nearly panoramic...
