Redline hotel — Hotel in Tbilisi

I am a 5 years customer of Redline hotel Tbilisi but after my last visit 4 days back , I am totally disappointed: services are very not up to the mark were it used to be : I booked two rooms once is superior and one is standard, reached the hotel and went to the booked superior smell like dead rat and requested to be changed but unfortunately no change and I got refine less then what I paid : let’s speak about the standard room that I booked 2nd day air condition stopped working at night , called reception for support unfortunately no service technicians was available this is their answer so stayed whole day no air condition and no apology at all :

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the AC broke down twice while we were there, the safe wasn't working and they needed to be reminded 4 times until it got fixed, they only leave water bottles the first day and the rest is paid, room has no phone to contact receptoom, no tissues, no instant coffee. The room is extremely small. The pillowcases were dirty. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Overall, I do not recommend staying...

Only best thing about the hotel was the location. It is located in the prime area. Many restaurants are available near by. coming to the hotel part, it is not at all qualified as star hotel. Inside the hotel looks like a hunted house. Hotel will not give complimentary water also to the customers. Some of my friends who stayed in second floor complained about AC problem during our stay.
