Coffeeshop Company Marjanishvili — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Idk how all the positive comments happened here (maybe they're fake) but I gave this place several chances during 6 months and unfortunately I can't be happy with some important things here:

Coffee... If this place called coffee shop but how you guys can serve such disgusting and low quality coffee? I understand if the price will be super small but it's more than average around the city! Every time when I came here and brought some tourists I've heard this comments about coffee taste and cheap products which is just impossible to enjoy. Food can be fine or so-so, but in most of the times they don't have some positions and waiters of course won't mention it in the beginning what they have in the stop list (if they have it in general)

Service - yes it's Georgia and we don't expect much anymore but at least some politeness and light smile despite the fact stuff rarely look to tables and check if someone wants to ask smth. Huge disappointment ofc.

Atmosphere & interior are magnificent, no doubts! That's the only thing which attract many people here especially in warm season but so far I can't bring here guests and visit myself just because of the rest of disadvantages.

I hope management can change something especially about the coffee quality what is very important for coffee lovers.

So to start things off, we arrived at the restaurant during breakfast time and sat down at our table. We checked the menu and saw that the food looked good and everything about the place looked great. Till the waiter came to take our order, it was a teenager who wasn’t respectful towards me and my friends.

We started ordering our food, and he said, “There is no sour dough, there are no waffles, there are no etc." So basically saying that half of the menu wasn’t even available. So I tried their salmon Benedict and it was mediocre. But the other food is where everything goes bad. The scrambled eggs were undercooked while we asked for them to be well done (cooked to the point where no liquid was present), and the waiter kept saying no, that’s not how we can make it. And he kept talking about us with his other waiter friend, a barista. We got the manager to tell him that there are alternatives to the breads and things that were missing, and he kept lying about it.

I was disappointed because I had high expectations...
