Elia Kolonaki Luxury Apartments — Hotel in Athens

I booked my stay through CitiTravel and third party Expedia. Very pleased with my first experience staying at Elia Kolonaki Luxury Apartments. I had the standard room, queen size bed with crisp linens. The well-lit spacious studio had modern decor and plenty of windows for natural light. The apartment was immaculately clean, full-sized kitchen and a few small pieces of furniture (a foyer table with stools that could double as an eating space; comfy chair.) The bathroom was spacious. Great location, in Kolonaki: walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping. A 5-7 minute walk to the Metro station. Clean, safe and quiet well-kept neighborhood. It was a bit perplexing to find the property as the building is multi-use and the sign was small. It worked out fine, though. If you’re looking for a “hotel experience”, this isn’t quite it. Potential guests should note that there is no daily housekeeping or even a front desk. It was essentially self-serve from check-in to check out. A property assistant, via text and phone, was able to help me with getting in and was available throughout my stay. Thank you, Andy. The apartment is situated in safe, modern neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The building is located at a small street, it is clean and tidy, however a little loud at night. Our room was situated at the 4th floor with quite big balcony and amazing view for the city. The room itself was quite spacious. Kitchen was equipped with all you need for a small meal including cutlery, plates, cups and pots. The whole apartment was very clean and well-prepared for the stay. Sheets were not spotless cleaned neither ironed. The mattress did not have a cover and the sheet was the only thing that separated you from the mattress. This means that if the sheet is moved you are sleeping directly on the mattress, which yields hygiene concerns. The same holds for the...
