When I say this is the worst service I’ve ever had I mean it. The restaurant section is understaffed meaning the waiters and waitresses are busy dealing with drinks on the patio rather than your table. This was showcased tonight when 3 of my 4 dishes came out cold. My family ordered fish, the angus burger, chicken fillet, and tortellini as our main dishes and everything but the tortellini was cold as if it had just came from the fridge. This is probably because from putting our order in to our entrees being served it was 1 hour and 3 minutes. (Know this thanks to looking at the time of a phone call we made the second we ordered)

The worst part is that we watched one of the waiters set our food down 10 feet from our table. After that we had to wait 5 more minutes because they had taken our utensils and not given us new ones yet. Rather than give use them after setting the food down near us he walked away for 5 minutes. I don’t know how you put food around the corner from a customer for 5 minutes and then have it come out stone cold. Unacceptable!

Also, when setting our utensils the waiter spilled about a quarter of my beer and nothing was ever done about it. I never got another one or anything. It was still on the bill and when I asked my waitress if she even knew it had happened she didn’t. I would have said something, but my waitress didn’t come by the table for 15-20 minutes after it happened.

The food was mediocre. Not bad but not great. The tortellini was good, and if they had been warm the burger would have still been bad, the chicken okay, and the fish also okay. The food is overpriced for the quality compared to other restaurants I’ve been to throughout Athens and the rest of Greece on my current vacation.

2.5/10 would never go back and would steer clear if you want an okay...

Don’t waste your time! Walk down a bit to “Pit Espresso Ristorante Bar” 2 minutes away. Wonderful welcoming and experience!!

If I could give negative stars, I would! This place’s ownership may not be racist but they certainly decided to cater to (persons of non color) guests who walked in after me before even giving me a bottled water.

I didn’t ask for a manager. I just watched as they brought a tablecloth, bottled water, place settings, and menues for about 5 minutes. In fact, the guests at the table hadn’t even sat down yet before receiving this level of service. Mind you there were three different people who were helping this table that arrived after me. I’m just quietly sitting, waiting, and watching.

When a female server finally brought water to me, I asked if she was going to set the table I was sitting at. She nodded in the affirmative. As I sat another minute, she stood at the service table making no efforts. I left.

I routinely travel all around the world and this was by far the worst experience.

I visited this cafe restaurant this week. My experience has been far from being optimal. We requested a table for lunch/coffee. Although the restaurant had at that point a 50% capacity they made it like they were doing us a favor to give us a table. It was far behind by the street. When we asked if we could be transferred to another table they told us that everything was reserved. That was far from being true given that during our stay there, no one filled these tables. The food was just ok. We ordered the salmon which was overcooked and dry. I was really disappointed given that I had heard nice things for this place but eventually that was not the case. It seems that the personnel is polite but there is a significant lack of coordination and professionalism by the manager. And I highly doubt that clients’ satisfaction is a priority...
