Staff needs serious training on what customer service means as they are beyond clueless! Tons of available tables yet they wouldn't seat us on a decent table/ seat. After talking to the manager, they gave us a nice seat. When it was time to order, the waiter waited for a min to let us know that no coffee or tea can be ordered after 7pm and then completely disappeared without even acklowdedging the other members of our party. Rudeness and arrogance to the fullest: management and staff are in their delusional world in which arrogance, rudeness and snobbing is considered an asset! The service was top-notch, came immediately, explained the concept and left us the menus.
We ordered a bottle of Prosecco, which the waiter described as good.
The prosecco was extremely sweet and had little carbonation. You would have the feeling you were drinking juice.
The ambience is cool, but dusty and a bit outdated. Unfortunately, there was no music, which might have brought the whole concept into line a bit better.
