Exceptional Stay – The Heart of Athens with an Exceptional Host We stayed at Sofia’s apartment for 3 nights, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Despite our delayed flight and her busy schedule, Sofia personally greeted us — she had driven an hour just to welcome us in person! She immediately shared local tips and hidden gems, so we didn’t have to spend time researching. The apartment is spotless, quiet, and perfectly located — literally a few steps from the best of Plaka, cozy cafés, and an excellent trattoria. Inside, everything was prepared with care: fresh water, local peaches and grapes, coffee, tea, and all essentials from toiletries to paper towels. The bed was very comfortable, and thoughtful touches like robes and slippers made it feel like home. Sofia was always available for questions, helped us print documents, and even offered flexibility with check-out time. Her farewell gifts — charming Greek souvenirs — made our stay truly memorable.
