Huge issues with water 😥 use only bottled water during your stay there! water in tap first was salty, then yellow-brown coloured then with huge amount of chlorine or so 🙁 and then salty again, might be the bell on this is absence of anything related to eating/drinking in the room, even glass for toothbrush. Not sure if due to water quality or so but got diarrhea for few days - plz use only bottled water even for mouth washing, also noticed toilet paper reserves on the corridor started to dissappear faster during our time there 🙂 might be the same issue for others too, not sure. Drain issues all the time, both in shower and sink. Bathroom is tiny if you not Slim Fit, shower basin is 65x65cm and toilet is very close to the wall. If you get room with street view get ready for a noise till 00-1 a.m. with a pool view should be ok. Not a new hotel for sure, but wouldn't be wise to expect from 3* hotel 5+* comfort. Breakfast is good, variety is sufficient every day, it is 3* hotel, not ultra all inclusive. Rooms are not so big but sufficient and got fridge, balcony, TV(although channels are few and mostly local ones), aircon (was free for us, but extra payment in some rooms), beds are good, rather hard but was comfortable for us. Location is also very good, close to the sea, bus station, cafes and big supermarket Diellas. Personell seems ok, helpfull and welcoming on request, girl receptionist may be an exception or just had hard days 😁 In general if not water and diarrhea issues is an average 3* hotel with necessary and sufficient services for a week or so. In pictures looks much better...
Read moreVery central location in a small, quiet village. The sea is extremely near, but be cautios to use water shoes because the shore is not sandy (that's the usual type of beach in Corfu I guess). Local people and receptionist are extremely nice and welcoming, I was impressed of their amability. The hotel also has a pool starting from 1 to 3 meter deep on the other side. Breakfast was very good, with many types of eggs, vegetables, cheese, ham, etc., fresh coffee, juice, yoghurt, milk and some cakes. Overall was a very pleasing experience. The bus stop is also not far away, from where there are buses that for 2 euro can get you on all places in Corfu. Just look in the bus station for the printed time schedules. Also near the bus station is a supermarket where you can get water or other...
Read moreYou get what you pay, though. Breakfasts are nice, especially loved the butter, it's very cool, but the coffee wasn't delicious to me. They clean the rooms every day and changed the towels frequently. I removed one star because I had questions for cleanliness of the breakfast utensils, for example boxes for cheese and butter didn't look that clean, the same as the bowl with Nutella - it looked like every time they added some new Nutella hadn't removed the old one. And for the noise isolation, you can really hear someone playing rock music at 7am in another room or old couple arguing.Tip: if you come in the early morning you can expect to be provided with a room only after 11:30. Also you have to pay tourist fee - ~1.5€ per day. Overall, it was a...
