We loved our stay here 🫶🏻we arrived with our bags due to a failed booking online - they could not have been more helpful in amending this for us! The service went above and beyond to help us orientate ourselves and feel welcome! They provided great suggestions for things to do and local restaurants to try (we tried all of the suggestions and they were all fantastic! 🙏🏼). We stayed in a ground floor suite which was a lovely room with hot shower and tea/coffee making facilities! Stylish and spacious room in an elegant and sedate part of the Old Town. On a quiet side street, close to beautiful restaurants and set apart from the highly crowded Chania tourist traps. My room (moderato) was really spacious (split level); very secure and spotlessly clean. The AC was excellent as is the fridge and the crockery is attractive, with bowls; wine glasses and water glasses provided (no coffee though - just green teas). The rooms are above a Jazz Bar - the noise didn't bother me - it just added to the atmosphere. I have stayed in Chania many times and this was my favourite accommodation to date. Really enjoyed our stay in the Fagotto Art Residences and highly recommend a visit.|The residence is full of history and charm, bringing you right back in time. The view from our balcony breathtaking and very romantic.
