We had a room with pool. That was nice. View on the street and parking lot in front. The room was available 30 min before the official check in Time at 15.00. The very friendly staff, all young seasonal workers (evetually the hotel closes in winter) gave us a heartful welcome. But this is an in and out property, so a lot of turn over. They really do their best and are looking to fullfill your wishes. But... the room was not 100% clean. Spotty carpet and stainy bathroom will mold in the shower, the room smelled like a toilet that was not flushed. The drain in the shower didnt work properly the room was half way flooded. They called a plummer and fixed the problem. We got a 30 min complementary massage as excuse which was nice. Next early morning: no water so no shower. TV not working. Breakfast: they are really attentive and friendly and bring you everything you want from that a la carte breakfast. The a la carte breakfast is not good. The orange juice is not fresh, thats no problem but they declare it as fresh. Diluted with water and they put a tiny bit of fresh juice in it. (I saw them doing this at the bar) With no to little pulp. Price: 8€. All over the whole property is overpriced. Mykonos is very touristy. And crowded. The worst thing about this hotel: the loud screaming party people, most of them americans. They slammed doors at 2.30 in the morning. Loud party and yelling. We called in their room. No reply. The recepionist could not do anything else than say sorry. So... my rating: the staff is only partially trained. All friendly and attentive. The rooms: noisy, you hear everything. The close road with that continuous traffic noise creates not a relaxing atmosphere. I would not come back. The room now on booking is 500-600 € a night. For that money its no value. The owner of this place should appreciate his/her workers like Eva and Klevin or...
