We booked a very expensive, luxury room with a terrace and a pool that said sea view, but they lied and the view was on the road and I understand if they had some special hearproof glass but no they don’t.And when we told that to the staff they said we can just provide you with earplugs and the next day we can give you another room but lower class but for the money you paid for this room, which is very horrible. You can literally hear the cars on the video, the cars, trucks, busses and motorbikes the view from the terrace is on some peoples houses and rubbish. Also this costed a lot of money that they don’t want to give back even though we moved out of this horrible hotel after 2 hours after checking in.They are lying about that the room has sea view well on the pictures I don’t see any sea as it said, I can only see some cars rubbish and houses.Tye only sea you can see is from the side somewhere far away but the view is 90% on the road going to and from the airport which is very busy. Then the room looked also horrible the plants were dead the sink was looking like it’s about to fall off. Then they don’t even have shower gel in the bathroom. The toilet looked like no one ever washed it before . The shower was just horrible there was NO hot water it was freezing cold there was a lot of cracks on the wall and it had so much mold and the shower was just dirty it self. The staff said that it’s a typical Greek shower even though in other hotel all the showers were much nicer than this thing that you can’t even describe.About the cold water he said that he hears that from people who stays in this hotel first time and about the road the guy said he doesn’t hear anything… I don’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE who doesn’t want to spend their money on literally a piece of horrible disappointment that the staff can’t do anything about .

We arrived early before check in time and the hotel staff asked us to wait a little bit, she suggested that we go opposite the hotel to have breakfast and our room will be ready. After our breakfast, we checked in and the staff helped bring us our luggage. The staff member showed us to our room and when she opened the door I was amazed at how big and airy the room was. We had a room which had a sea view which made first impressions even more epic. I was very impressed and it’s probably the best room I have ever stayed in ever, it’s very hard to beat. The room is next to a road, however it didn’t really bother us. It was also next to the pool bar which played music until about 11pm. That didn’t really bother us either but there was a day when there were three, four songs on repeat. The staff here were very attentive. To the point where it put me on edge as I’m not used to such brilliant service. They were very caring knowledgeable and the thought about the customers first always putting their needs and well-being first. The town is located at a short walk from the hotel but be warned you do have to cross a road where the drivers are a bit mad sometimes, but as long as you’re safe and don’t stack it when you run across everything will be fine. Another warning is that although the town is located quite close and it is a pleasure walking down to it. The walk back is more like a hike. The hill to the hotel is no joke. I would say it’s about 10 mins of steep incline, but if you don’t mind burning a few calories after dinner and dessert, I’d say this hotel is for you!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dine Asty at Asty Mykonos Hotel and Spa for a professional dinner, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was both elegant and inviting from the unique design of the reception area to the incredibly beautiful restaurant setting in front of the pool offering breathtaking sunset views. One of the highlights of the evening was the presence of Chef Dionysis, who added a special touch with his ritual decoupage presentation. The dishes we enjoyed were remarkable. The seabass carpaccio the spinach pie, The flap steak and the rice pudding, which was a delightful finish that left a lasting impression. I would also like to highlight all the Staff for their outstanding service. They were attentive and professional, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyment of the evening. All in all, Asty Mykonos exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

So let me start with this property here: located on the hill with a steep 25 min walk to the sea. Located right next to a very busy street so traffic all day and night. We had a room with pool. That was nice. View on the street and parking lot in front. The room was available 30 min before the official check in Time at 15.00. The very friendly staff, all young seasonal workers (evetually the hotel closes in winter) gave us a heartful welcome. But this is an in and out property, so a lot of turn over. They really do their best and are looking to fullfill your wishes. But... the room was not 100% clean. Spotty carpet and stainy bathroom will mold in the shower, the room smelled like a toilet that was not flushed. The drain in the shower didnt work properly the room was half way flooded. They called a plummer and fixed the problem. We got a 30 min complementary massage as excuse which was nice. Next early morning: no water so no shower. TV not working. Breakfast: they are really attentive and friendly and bring you everything you want from that a la carte breakfast. The a la carte breakfast is not good. The orange juice is not fresh, thats no problem but they declare it as fresh. Diluted with water and they put a tiny bit of fresh juice in it. (I saw them doing this at the bar) With no to little pulp. Price: 8€. All over the whole property is overpriced. Mykonos is very touristy. And crowded. The worst thing about this hotel: the loud screaming party people, most of them americans. They slammed doors at 2.30 in the morning. Loud party and yelling. We called in their room. No reply. The recepionist could not do anything else than say sorry. So... my rating: the staff is only partially trained. All friendly and attentive. The rooms: noisy, you hear everything. The close road with that continuous traffic noise creates not a relaxing atmosphere. I would not come back. The room now on booking is 500-600 € a night. For that money its no value. The owner of this place should appreciate his/her workers like Eva and Klevin or...

Wow......The most perfect hotel!|It was mine and my husband's first time to Mykonos to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were over the moon with our hotel choice.|From the moment we arrived the service from the staff was exceptional, every staff member throughout the whole of our stay was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much for them. |A special mention to olger who greeted us upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special by upgrading our room to the most perfect room with the most amazing views, we stayed in a Seaview room with private pool, I would highly recommend this room choice! Olger was so lovely, and you could clearly see that guest satisfaction was very important to her, making guests happy was her number one priority.|Another special mention to Klevin, the most sweet lad. Klevin was so professional and attentive, his customer service skills were spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him at breakfast each day. |All staff at asty were the best I have ever experienced.... superb!!!||Our stay included breakfast which was stunning! Plenty of options, presented so beautifully. ||The hotel deco was by far the best I have ever seen, the most beautiful boho vibes, which was kept immaculate throughout our stay. ||The hotel is perfect location, myself and my husband walked most places throughout our stay. The Walk to the town is very steep, so I would definitely recommend flat footwear for the ladies. ||The spa at the hotel is beautiful, although we did not get around to using it due to being so busy throughout our stay. ||I honestly can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough, the most perfect place for a couples get away, if we were to return to Mykonos, we would 100% return to asty, as I feel it would be very hard to beat. |Thank you soooo much for the most...
