Eternal Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

Hello,

i am reaching out here as i have sent multiple messages in booking.com with no answer!

I arrived at the hotel the day of my check in on Monday August 11 around 10:30 (it’s a 2 day booking) , I gave my passport and left my luggages and was waiting for my room. at around 12, i get a call and a from a family member for an emergency which made me leave Mykonos and go back to Beirut, I have informed the lady at the reception and she told me to contact booking.com to get a refund; I called booking.com which confirmed that they have sent you the waiver to confirm the cancellation of my booking with free of charge (because the hotel declared me as a no show, and I was present at the property)

Would you kindly help me resolve this and get my refund back. The lady at the reception told me it’s possible and that the right team member will get back to me, so is booking.com is still waiting for an answer, and now it has been 5 days.

I have tried contacting you by mail, whatsapp, booking.com and still no action or message from your side.

I would really appreciate your help and waiting for a response back in hopes that this review will start moving...

Eternal Suites offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the heart of Mykonos Town. Just a short walk from Fabrica bus station, the location is peaceful yet incredibly convenient.

The architecture reflects traditional Cycladic style, while the rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with handcrafted details and warm lighting. Some suites even offer stunning views over the old harbor and town.

The cleanliness and comfort were truly excellent. The staff—especially Sophia and John—were extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and having a private parking space in Mykonos is a real plus. Daily housekeeping and optional airport/port transfer services were also available.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up with luggage can be a bit challenging—but it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful, and central stay in Mykonos with genuine Greek...

Be careful! The hotel is not what you see in the photos! I didn't even spend a moment at the reception! They put me in a room on a small, dirty and dark street, I was very scared, the windows in the room are not high up because the place is dangerous! There is no light. Getting to the place with your bags is horrible. When I booked with them, they promised me that they would take my bags to where I had a place where a car could pass, because it is far away! I bought the flight, sent a message, they said they would send the driver to pick me up and then ignored me! The next day they had another room so I wouldn't have to change places but she didn't want to, Sofia is super unfriendly, and even charged me for a very polite guy to take my bags to the street!
