STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! We booked this hotel from expedia and paid the amount fully upon reservation. I am not here to complain about the room but the woman(owner, i believe) at the reception!!! Sooo rude, impolite and unprofessional. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. But this NEVER happened to me before!! This is not a hotel but a military base. We checked in with our luggages and one of our luggages got lost and we had to pick it up from the airport the next day, we were 2 girls and didn’t have a car, so our friend gave us a ride and helped us with that. She stopped us at the lobby and told us we have so many luggages you cant take them(2 girls traveling europe from USA with 4 luggages, is it too much? Even if it is, do you have the right to ask us about it?) Our friend was there only for 5 min to help us and she told us he cant enter HER hotel, mind that he was only there to give us a ride, and was waiting for us to get ready. The woman said he cant stay here and has to leave. Where in the world you cant have a friend to come to your room for 5min? is this a hotel or a military base? She threatened us multiple times that she will call police on us and we have to leave the room, is this the way you should treat a customer? She literally said, THIS IS MY HOTEL AND I DONT WANT YOU TO STAY HERE. She asked my friend to give her, his passport— he wasnt even staying at that hotel. She said that they have a policy that no visitor can enter the hotel, when i asked her to show me the policy written on the website she threatened us again that she is calling the police and we have to leave the hotel, she told me multiple times, dont make problems for yourself in my country. What is it? Is this Syria or Mykonos? Because she thinks we are not from her country she can threaten us and make us problems? WORST experience ever!!! I also checked their policies there is nothing about it, she...

Avoid at all costs!! We booked 3 nights for 3 persons, upon arrival we quickly learnt that the walk to the town required the most difficult walk back up to the hotel, which for 3 elderly females was almost impossible, taxis were extremely scarce so that could not be considered an alternative. Patrick, the guy running the hotel was a very friendly person but we have since learnt that his friendliness is a mask covering over their dishonesty. The room we were given looked exactly like the photo (triple single room) but the room had a awful stench, there was no room to place your suitcase, the beds were rock hard and the bed frames were rickety and made terrible noises every time someone turned over in their sleep. We were fortunate enough to secure alternative accommodation for our remaining 2 nights which was made with Patrick being informed of our decision at all times. Patrick even assisted by driving us to the new destination and he assured us that he would not charge us the last 2 nights. Within 24 hrs the Ibiscus Hotel had debited our credit card with not only the remaining 2 nights but also breakfast, which obviously we did not have. We have sent 3 e-mails to the Ibiscus Hotel asking for clarification, to this date (3 weeks later) we still have had no acknowledge of e-mail receipt or answers. Dishonesty has no place in the tourism industry, especially since the Greeks are doing it tough. Every other island & hotel accommodation was brilliant, such a shame that Mykonos has to be blighted by the likes of Ibiscus Hotel. Regards Kerry Henderson / Kim Horswell / ...

I recommend this hotel for everyone that wants to have special days at Mykonos. The staff is outstanding, very helpful and kind. Alex and Ana were amazing and help our family in everything we needed.||The rooms are very clean, charming and comfortable. We had two rooms, one with a wonderful view and a big Jacuzzi for more than 4 people. The other room was without view and jacuzzi. If you can spend a little bit more, I recommend the room with the view. It worth to try! But the other room were very good also. ||The included breakfast is delicious, beautiful view and good service. |One night we had a romantic dinner at the hotel with a beautiful view, silent and excellent food, far from the crowded places. ||The transfer from the airport and to the Port was free. I really appreciate the convenience. We felt comfortable and safe.||The location of the hotel is perfect. It takes 5 minutes walking to the center, so we don't need any kind of transportation to go there. The view is unbelievable. The only problem is for people that can't walk very much because the hotel is high on the hill.|Good hotel to couples, families and even to be alone. I don't think it's good for children. We will come back for sure! A vista do restaurante Ă© linda tambĂ©m.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for a couple of days and couldn't be more happy with our choice. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We have rarely seen such dedicated service and always friendly faces. They booked a transfer to the airport for us, which was very comfortable. On the day of our departure we were allowed to keep our luggage in the hotel until the evening. The city is just a short 10 minute walk away - even though the hill back is a little exhausting. They served a nice breakfast and good cocktails in the evening. The room was very clean and we were provided with hygiene products, towels and bathrobes every day. Even the jacuzzi was refreshed daily. Will recommend this hotel 10/10! Thanks to the amazing staff for making our holiday so special!

Huge hill to get here, I would say the location is the only bad thing as is it not comfortable going up there when it’s hot and for your knees. However, the view is worth it and it’s quiet up there. Just try to go up or down before 10 am or after 4 pm. Reading reviews about stuff getting stolen made us apprehensive and the hotel doesn’t hold responsibility if that happens which shouldn’t be the case there’s a safe in the room, however, it’s not nice having to think about the stuff that doesn’t fit in the safe when you’re out of your room. I give it 5 stars because I don’t know if we were lucky or they are more careful now about this situation. Also, because the room was clean, comfortable bed and the hotel in general is lovely.

Wonderful :) the rooms are amazing, with a personal touch of Yanna who takes care of all details. Modern & design rooms, but they are also very functional.. lights and electrical plugs all in the right places. The view is breath taking, especially if you have the chance to enjoy it while using your private jacuzzi. Special thanks to Yanna who is really welcoming and passionate, we will not forget her and will definitely come back! It's true that there's quite a way up from the city centre, but if you are in Mykonos you should expect this to be quite the norm.. it's good for your health and legs ;) overall I would say one of the best hotels we have been to!
