I've had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Di Vito five times now over the course of two summers and once in the fall. Two of my stays were as a solo traveler, and the other three were with a friend.
Every time I've stayed, I arrived into an immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated room. Most of the stays even came with a welcome bottle of wine gift! So sweet! Every room is a little different, but the beds and pillows are comfy in each that I've tried. They have some pretty soft towels as well! Each room is accessed by your own personal code to enter, which is great so you don't have to worry about carrying around or losing a key. Genius!
This hotel, like many in town, involves stair climbing, so this is important to note if you're in a need of a more accessible place. The Boutique Di Vito team has always been happy to help her luggage up and down the stairs though, and without luggage they are quick and easy. Definitely go all the way up to the roof on a less windy day. That is sooooo worth one extra stair climb. The view is incredible! It's a great place to do your Zoom, film your TikTok, or enjoy a glass of wine with great company!
As a female traveler, I really appreciate the full body mirrors on every level. It's great for an outfit check as I'm heading out.
Regarding location, I can't express enough how great it is. It's so close to Fabrika Station and literally within 10 minutes or less walking to every hot spot in town. It's on the edge of town though, so you are able to get dropped off and picked up directly by car, which is a life saver if you have rolling luggage.
Lastly, if you need help with anything or have any questions, the hotel owner, Marouso, and her husband, Fanis are always happy to help and easy to reach.
So much love for this...
Read moreWorst hotel I've ever been to! I was abused by the hotel owner! She invited me to go out with her, have dinner and go to a club. I went, but she left before me because she was talking to another guy! When I got to the hotel, she changed the door password to lock me out! After calling a lot, she gave me a new password. I had paid to stay there for another day, but she said that the room was mine and that she wouldn't rent it to anyone else! When I was sleeping, they knocked on my room and told me to leave! Even though I had paid for my daily rate, she said that it didn't matter that I had to leave and that she would give me my money back! She gave it back! But that's not professional. I don't know what her intentions were with me, but I felt abused. I had to leave like a dog and pay for a taxi to another more expensive place because it was Friday. I was treated very badly because I didn't reciprocate her intentions at the club. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism! She can keep asking guests to leave and then if they don't stay with her and send her away from the hotel, I'll try to leave the money! She caused me great harm! I'm going to file a complaint with the police, I felt embarrassed and abused! In addition to the...
