Lackluster, I don’t generally leave reviews, and when I read them I always take them with a grain of salt and know that mostly only unsatisfied guests leave them. That is me, my wife and I reserved a table for 7:30, with the request a nice table to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We showed up five minutes earlier and we’re taken up to the outside deck ( we requested to be seated inside). They asked us to sit at the two person table right on top of the stair’s . Before we reached our table, the hostess told us that we had a Two hour time limit to stay. That was fine with us, but I asked if we could sit at one of the other many tables that weren’t in the main thoroughfare, they said yes, but we would have a 1.5 hour time limit, ok. Our waiter came over and gave us our menu and said, you have a strict time limit of a hour an a half to finish your meal. I said ok, we ordered Two cocktails and a cabbage appetizer. I like to take my time and enjoy myself when we’re out and this being a special occasion I wanted to just have a nice time and tried to look past the pushy time limit. Our waiter came back and I ordered another appetizer, the shrimp dish. He then said, that with only a hour and a half that we should order our mains so not to go past our slotted time limit( we were there for approximately 15 minutes). I told him that I haven’t even had time to look at the mains yet. I said that we wanted to take our time and said again that we were celebrating our anniversary, he said it’s best if you order your mains with this appetizer. He came back in just a few moments and we ordered. After a few minutes he came back and said that they were out of one of the six or so seafood dishes that I ordered. I chose at that time to just split my wife’s dish and move on to a place that would welcome us better. In the end, $157.00 Euros for Two cocktails, Two appetizers, One, Small, main ( The pork was not tender) and a bad anniversary experience. It was not a very great experience. My wife wasn’t very happy and decided to go sit in the lobby while I settled the bill, I expressed my disappointment, they came back with two shots of something, I told them it was to late and my wife already left, Like I stated with I don’t like to complain, but this experience was...

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff appeared arrogant and untrained, which made our evening quite unpleasant. It seemed as though their training focused more on extracting money from customers through dubious tactics rather than providing good service. They treated us with a lack of respect and consideration, and it felt like they had a dismissive attitude towards tourists, as if tourist were naive or uninformed, a dummy cow to milk.

We waited 70 minutes for the second course. After this long wait, we were told that one of the second courses was no longuer available after another 10 minutes they communicated us about another missing second course. Out of a party of 12, four of us ended up not eating.

During the wait, a staff member cleaned a sole behind us, and buttery sauce splashed onto my back. When I turned around, the staff member did not react or apologize. This seemed to be a regular issue—splashing butter on customers while cleaning fish—without trying to address it. Although the chef of staff repeatedly apologized for the delays and the soiled shirt, it felt insincere, as if the apologies were merely an attempt to safe the tip, no other reaction than that.

The staff consistently overfilled our glasses—whether with water, wine, or other beverages—ensuring they were full when we left. Despite their lack of professionalism and courtesy, they still expected a tip. I recommend avoiding this place, even if it’s your first time. They seemed determined to maximize their profit at the expense of customer satisfaction.

Be cautious about your charges; they seem intent on squeezing every penny from their customers with tricks and a frustrating attitude. The food was mediocre, even if a third of the table did not eat the bill was over 120 per...

A magical evening at Katrin — unforgettable! We had a wonderful romantic dinner at Katrin, and everything about the evening was perfect. We were given a beautiful table, and the atmosphere was intimate and charming — just right for a special night out.

The service was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming — he truly made the evening feel magical. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and kind, and his energy added so much to our experience.

The food was rich and flavorful. While it was a bit heavy for me personally (I’m on a light diet), my husband absolutely loved his sole fish — he was very impressed with both the taste and the presentation.
