Ezio Bo Luxury Living — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

My husband and I spent our last night and day in Mykonos at Ezio Bo after a couple of weeks island hopping the Cyclades. ||We had the warmest welcome from the front of house team on our arrival and were given a tour around the hotel. The hotel has stunning sea views. We were offered an upgrade but decided to go for 203 hot tub room. ||Everything about our stay was wonderful. Attention to detail is second to none, whether it be the homemade lemonade welcome drinks, the rose water scented refreshing towels on arrival to the finishes in the room and hotel. ||Breakfast was a treat to sit by the pool overlooking the mesmerizing sea view with our omelettes, fresh orange juice, yogurt and almond milk capacinos.||The bed and linen was so comfortable and beautiful quality, we could have easily stayed in bed all day! There are some tasty, healthy snacks and drinks on offer in the minibar and we had a tasty pizza and salad from room service which were all reasonably priced and convenient. The robs, slippers and branded beach bag and towels are a lovely touch, as were the shower toiletries. The coffee machine and tea selection was fabulous and again great attention to detail. The only thing I'd say is there could have been more water for making hot drinks although there is a complimentary small bottle of water. ||Overall we had an excellent time at Ezio Bo, the staff are eager to make your experience the most memorable and relaxing time. The aesthetic and finish of the property is modern and sophisticated without being stuffy or pretentious and that's also true of the service here. I would recommend having a car if you have any mobility issues because the road to the hotel is steep and is unlevel and dusty. There is loads of parking at the hotel. ||The hotel were in a position to offer us late check out as our flight was an evening one and generously offered use of the room until our 7.30pm transfer. We were so grateful for this gesture and it demonstrates the hotels genuine desire to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. ||Thank you Ezio Bo for having us and being that icing on our holiday cake! This is not a 5-star hotel by any means; it lacks many essential amenities.

The rooms are surprisingly small for a junior suite, with just one washbasin, making it appear more like a standard room.

The shower experience is disappointing due to weak water pressure, and the materials used seem cheap, resembling plastic.

The bathtub had issues; we had to contact the front desk to have it turned on and off, which was inconvenient.

Apart from water and coffee, the hotel did not offer any basic toiletries, a standard expectation for a 5-star establishment.

The food quality was subpar; it's hard to understand how they could make a margarita taste bad.

They charged an exorbitant 4 euros for a small Coke Zero with no fizz.

The hotel's location offers little nearby, and walking around the area is not advisable. Hiring a driver is also more expensive here compared to other hotels during our stay.

The pool is small, and the pool area serves as both the breakfast and dining area, with no separate restaurant or indoor seating available.

There appears to be only one waiter for this area, multitasking as the bartender, room service, and managing the pool area, leading to slow service.

The absence of a 24/7 front desk and no driver service are notable drawbacks.

To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in our room, and on our last night, an animal (likely a raccoon) left our terrace in a dirty and unpleasant state, making our stay truly disappointing. The views are ok but they look better in their pictures. I don’t...

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The cosy boutique style, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the bar, the rooms, the views, the location - everything!||We couldn’t have felt any more relaxed & could have spent every minute of the day & night in this hotel!||The breakfast which was included was varied & lovely - I didn’t realise it would be so good as we were only expecting continental. The fresh orange juice was stunning!||The staff couldn’t have done more to help us or make our stay relaxing - they were so attentive. They had excellent attention to detail, so for example if you had made an enquiry with reception, rather than wait there you could chill at the pool & they would phone the pool bar with your answers - so relaxing!||Every member of staff were excellent! The reception team of Kyrgios, Rachelle & Niko were so calm & friendly & helped us lots to make our trip even more special. We spent a lot of time at breakfast & at the pool where Nikos & Panos worked - they were absolutely amazing! An excellent team & they felt like friends - we were very relaxed in their company!
