Terrible Experience – Avoid Apartment 5 at Nilie Pantheon

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Apartment 5. The hygiene was awful — there were hairs and dust throughout the apartment, and the whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained. The mattress had disgusting yellow stains, and the bed sheet didn’t even fully cover it. Completely unacceptable.

The bathroom was a nightmare. The shower only had lukewarm water for about five minutes, and after that, it was cold. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor due to a faulty shower cabin with loose, broken doors.

The curtain rods for the dark curtains were ripped out, making it impossible to block out the light in the morning. It was way too bright to sleep properly.

The building itself was also in chaotic condition, adding to the overall sense of discomfort and neglect.

It's honestly a disgrace that in a beautiful city like Thessaloniki in 2025, tourists are being hosted in such terrible conditions. I strongly advise against...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is very very filthy. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, and the location online is misleading. Once we walked in the entrance, there were 3 roaches crawling around so that alone wasn’t a good impression. We go into the room and there were bugs and roaches inside as well. Mold growing on the walls and floors. And we had no hot water to shower either. I had booked a room for 2 nights, hardly even stayed the 1st but I had no other choice and left first thing in the morning. I tried reaching out to customer service through booking and the what’s up number provided but all I was told was to not leave a bad review to not make the place look bad but that was all, after that I was completely ignored. Worst...

It’s good location for fun, close to every kind of fun. Meanwhile you can’t sleep the night because of the noise of crowds. The building entrance less than decent, dirty smelly and creepy. The room is new made, clean and modern but should be more equipped. We can’t sleep night bc of noise and we forced to wake early the morning bc of the sunlight....
