Asha Luxury Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

This place is situated in an amazing location in the centre of Thira. The views are post card level and put a smile on your face everytime you wake up in the morning and walk outside. The staff are very friendly, helpful and are always quick to respond. For all of these reasons I'm still giving this 5 stars as I loved it, however there are some things to be aware of,

There is a restaurant situated above the Executive suite on the left, every morning we were woken by the moving of equipment chairs (ceilings must be thin) at around 8:30am.

People constantly walk across your private balcony to access the reception. This is annoying from a privacy perspective as there are other ways to get to reception.

To use your own hot tub, they essentially require you to sign a short form contract with ~ 15 - 20 rules, which if you followed it to the T you essentially can't actually use it. I think it's more from a liability perspective but it's over the top.

Don't worry we used it every day without any issues and it was amazing!!!

As I said this probably drops it to a 4.7 but with the google rating system it's not bad enough to get to a 4, so 5...

Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite with Jetted Tub (outdoor). The service was very good, the staff were very nice, and understood English at a decent level. The room was clean and everything was functional. The receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel and explained everything about room and hotel amenities. They also had a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the mini fridge free of charge. The view from the balcony is very nice, you can see the sea and cliffs and can even see all the way to Oia. The breakfast is the basic continental breakfast with some options to customize to your preference.

The hotel is located in a good spot, close to the tourist attractions, such as restaurants and cafes. There is a travel agency close by that offers trips and activities. Getting to the hotel from airport to the hotel was not difficult, but there was a lot of traffic in that area. There are no parking areas near the location where most hotels are located, so one of the hotel staff came and carried our bags to the hotel (and then to the room).

Overall a very positive experience, will definitely consider coming back to this hotel next time I...

Words & photos can’t do it justice - the property is absolutely gorgeous & hands down my favorite place I have ever stayed in! The magnificent view & beautiful rooms are like a dream, even better than the photos. We enjoyed a wonderful sunset view from our jetted tub each night, & a delicious breakfast on our patio each morning. For breakfast, each person can select what they want from a giant menu, so your plate is truly catered to you & it’s delicious! The location is perfect - very walkable to great restaurants & exploring the winding paths of shops. We were only a few minutes walk away for the meeting spot for the tours we did as well. The staff were incredibly kind & accommodating - carrying our luggage, quickly responding to questions & requests, & maintaining very clean facilities. The stay truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience & made our time in Santorini very special & magnificent! I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to come back to Santorini & highly recommend to all...
