Aspa Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

My wife and I stayed at the beautiful Aspa Villas in Oia in April 2023. We arrived late (scheduled late airport arrival flight) and Nikoletta had arranged our airport transfer and had her son help us with check-in just before midnight. The room apartment had a private jacuzzi (beautifully warm) and the fridge was stocked with wine, fruit juice, bread, ham, cheese and cake....amazing welcome and coffee/cream was restocked during the week. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily or as required. Capsule and filter coffee was provided....Nikoletta, her husband (Dimitrius), their son (also Vera and site co-manager) could not have done more to make our stay a wonderful experience. The apartment is very conveniently located to Oia and the bus stop to Fira is directly across the road (

Nicoleta and Demitrius and Yannis were all wonderful and extremely helpful! Nicoleta stayed in constant contact via WhatsApp. I had a basic room which faced the pool, which was beautiful! They included a bottle of wine, a loaf of bread, packets of cheese and smoked turkey and other things, plus coffees and teas. There were shaving kits (razors and shaving cream) and toothbrushes and toothpaste kits and sewing kits and shower caps and soaps in the bathroom, like a luxury hotel. They booked me a sightseeing day cruise too! The sunset view from the hotel is spectacular; and it’s even nicer at the hotel than in downtown Oia because it’s so much less crowded at the hotel. The bus going to downtown Oia stops right in front of the hotel, and downtown Oia is only one stop away so it is also very easy to walk to. But to get back to the hotel, you have to walk or take a taxi because the bus goes all the way to Fira before turning around and coming back to the hotel. I highly recommend...

We stayed in villa #6 and it was AMAZING. Very convinient location just outside the walking street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the scenic town center after a 5 minute walk. Everyone of the staff was helpful and accommodating with information and fun little chats. Even if the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, it is fully functional and equipped with everything for your stay. On the second floor you have a huge terrace facing several directions - including the most beautiful view of the sunset over the entire town of Oia. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is also up there. Being quite higher than the other buildings also gives you privacy while on the terrace. There is also the most wonderful surprise when you enter, which makes everything better hint hint check the fridge hint hint Highly recommended. Will stay here for sure if i will return to...
