I booked this restaurant last minute during a trip to Santorini with my partner in search of delicious food, a romantic atmosphere and great views during sunset.
Compared to a few other restaurants we ate at (that had michelin stars and great reviews) this restaurant far exceeded these and was our favourite meal of our trip.
The restaurant itself seemed like a hidden gem as it only had a handful of tables on the rooftop and hardly any other people dining. The area was nice and quiet, soft lighting at the tables and of course, offered an outstanding view of the Caldera and white washed buildings. The sun set behind some buildings which was unfortunate as we weren't sure whether it did have a direct view when booking, but was still lovely.
Our server (believe her name was Christina) was very attentive, friendly and offered wine and food suggestions from the menu. She had genuine interest in offering her suggestions and provided excellent service through the whole evening.
The food of course was sensational. Our meal started with an amuse bouche from the chef, followed by ceviche and crab tortellini that we shared as starters. Mains, we both had the Rib eye steak with truffle puree. Dessert was the Gianduja Biscoff. Yum! Everything was cooked to perfection, full of flavour and plated perfectly.
Would highly recommend! Thank you all for a lovely evening and great...

Let’s start with the food: absolutely phenomenal. Every bite felt like my taste buds were getting a standing ovation. I’m not saying I proposed to my entrée, but let’s just say things got serious between us for a minute.
Service? Impeccable. Our server was so good, I started wondering if they moonlight as a mind reader. Water glass never empty, plates cleared with ninja precision, and they even laughed at my dad jokes. Legends.
Now, the dessert… oh boy. Whoever is in charge of dessert back there deserves a raise, a parade, and possibly a Netflix special. I’d fight a bear for another bite of that bougasta (spelling).
And the location? Perfect. Close enough to civilization for convenience, far enough that you don’t have to dodge pigeons while you eat.
Adami is the kind of place you want to gatekeep but also tell the world about. So here I am—telling the world. Go. Eat. Be delighted. And save room for...
Read moreWow… What a stunning dining experience this was!! First, the staff deserves a special mention and praise for their warmth, attentiveness and professionalism. They were oh so delightful and paid attention to every single detail down to the moment I dropped my napkin to the floor and came to replaced it with a clean one. We enjoyed some delightful conversations with both Caliope and another waiter (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) but who was outstanding in advising us in our food and wine choices.
This brings us to the food which was simply exquisite (the beef tartare with white truffle and the belly pork were particularly unforgettable) well-balanced and creative with a modern touch to traditional Greek cuisine. To top it off, the views are absolutely breathtaking overlooking the...
