My girlfriend and I recently visited Santorini and, like many, we were absolutely stunned by the island’s natural beauty — the endless shades of blue in the Aegean Sea, the dramatic cliffs, and the breathtaking intensity of its sunsets. But even with all that, none of it compared to the experience we had at Sky Bar at The Saint Hotel — the true highlight of our trip.

From the moment we arrived at Sky Bar, we were welcomed with a level of hospitality, warmth, and genuine friendship that is rare to find anywhere in the world. Despina, Manos, and Jacobes created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and personal — making us feel like honored guests and dear friends at the same time.

The service and attentiveness were exceptional. Every detail was thought of, every request was met with a smile, and the team went above and beyond to make sure our experience was unforgettable.

Now let’s talk about the food — specifically, the best sushi we have ever had. Yes, in Santorini! Crafted by Jacobes, the sushi was prepared with such precision, care, and passion that it rivaled and surpassed anything we’ve had in major sushi capitals. Each bite was perfection.

Manos impressed us not only with his mixology talents — delivering some of the most creative and delicious cocktails of our trip — but also with his unexpected photography skills! Thanks to him, we left with some of our best photos, capturing the beauty of Sky Bar and our experience there.

And last but certainly not least, Despina made sure that every moment of our visit was seamless, joyful, and memorable. Her top-notch hospitality ensured that not only were our every need and comfort met, but that by the time we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to dear friends.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the ultimate luxury at the Saint Sky Bar & Luxury Suites in Oia, Santorini, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped foot into the bar, I was enveloped in warmth and hospitality, thanks to the incredible team of Despoina and Manos. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made me feel like a cherished guest from the moment I arrived.

The ambiance of the bar is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of the stunning Santorini caldera. But what truly sets Saint Sky Bar apart is the exceptional service and personal touch provided by Despoina and Manos. Our experience at Saints Sky Bar was amazing! Our waitress, Despina, was the kindest person, who made sure we were well taken care of. She was the most attentive and gave us the best food and drink recommendations, she even gave us recommendations for other places to visit while we were visiting Santorini! We are celebrating my birthday here and she made sure to make me feel very celebrated, she brought over balloons and a complimentary desert that was out of this world. The food here was absolutely amazing and if you love sushi I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Me and my boyfriend are big sushi people and this place was definitely high on our list of places we love for sushi. Cheers to the chief Makis!
