Oia Treasures Art Gallery — Attraction in Municipality of Thira

Avoid this place at all costs! They are thieves and all the jewelry is fake ! I first purchased a bracelet that they claimed to be all weather proof which immediately turned black. I took it back and they refused to give me a refund or exchange. After spending all day there arguing with the owner she agreed to exchange only for another piece of jewelry. Today the ring snapped in half when I went to put it on. It supposed to be solid silver coated in 18k gold. It is junk. She charged me 600 euros and refuses to give me my money back.

On top of it all she yelled at me and told me I was bullying her when all I wanted to do was come to a fair agreement. She is breaking all EU trade law and deserves to be shut down.

Update: the response from the shop is completely false not only did break eu trade law by not complying with 14 day return without justification claiming her machine doesn’t do returns. (Reason we needed the police involved) 1, my mother was not there. 2, I was alone with her shop girl for an hour while she complimented how patient I was. 3. The owner refused to show up and only yell over the phone. 4. Once my sisters arrived because I was being attacked the store associate kept saying how bad she felt for us and we only tried to support her that she should not be working for someone like this. During a recent trip to Santorini, Greece we visited Oia Treasures Art Gallery and purchased a brass sculptured olive tree created by Constantnos Valaes. The design and craftsmanship that goes into the creation of this olive tree is impressive and eye-catching. Our purchase experience was enjoyable. Takis let the art speak for itself with his low-key approach. The gallery is beautiful, designed to give each piece of art sufficient space to shine. We received the sculpture yesterday and it looks beautiful in our home. It took 1/2 hour to unpack the sculpture which was very carefully packed to avoid damage enroute from Greece to New York.
