I had the most delightful dining experience at Trinity Restaurant in Santorini on June 16, 2025! From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect stage for a memorable evening.

Moses, our server, was fantastic! He greeted us with a warm smile and shared his recommendations for the menu, making us feel right at home. His attentive service and genuine friendliness were invaluable, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

The lovely Nadia added to our wonderful experience with her exceptional hospitality. She was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure our glasses were full and that we were enjoying our meal. Her charming personality truly brightened our evening!

Now, let’s talk about the food! Under the expert guidance of Chef Anthony, every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were incredible, and you could tell that only the freshest ingredients were used. Each bite was a delightful exploration of local cuisine, and we savored every moment of it!

Also, a big shout-out to Stamati! His expertise in the kitchen was evident in the exquisite presentation and taste of the dishes. It's clear that a lot of love and effort goes into the food here.

The restaurant is very stylish and elegant. The view is fantastic and perfect for a romantic date. The staff is over the top friendly and attentive. BUT.... the menu only has one side, even if you order everything on that side, it won't fill 2 people. The portions are tiny and served on oversized plates. What is offered as a main course is more of a starter. What's more, it is very expensive. We were served 5 strawberries as a starter for almost 30Eur. Another starter of octopus served with 3 pieces for almost 40 Eur. I have never rated a restaurant so badly and would not normally do so if the taste of the food did not leave such a negative impression on me. We have both never eaten worse in our lives than in this restaurant. I can't even name what was so bad in terms of taste. Whether it was the sauces, the way they were prepared or whatever. The taste was zero. Definitely not...

My wife and I were walking around Oia looking for something to do when we stumbled upon Trinity Santorini restaurant. We originally planned to just have lunch, which by the way their Wagyu Smash burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. We then asked if it would be okay to stay and hangout by the pool for the day. They set up a chair and umbrella for us and spent almost the whole day there having drinks, taking in the sun and views, and swimming. The staff were some of the kindest and welcoming people and made sure to take care of us throughout the day. Our main server was Klejdi who deserves recognition for all of his recommendations and kind service.
