We stayed here for around a week and were happy with our stay here. The bed was very comfortable (felt like memory foam) and slept well. The rooms were reasonably quiet. Air Conditioning was working great. Cleaners came in every day and did a good job with fresh towels etc. The hotel staff were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed and were very quick to help also. The hotel and pool were quite well maintained except I would say they need to invest in new shower heads as the fitting on the wall just kept on moving with the head in it and the shower head was not spraying properly. These things cost around 5 euro so it's not expensive to keep spares and replacement as necessary. There was no kettle or tea coffee etc in the rooms which was a little annoying. I would have expected that these were provided and topped up each day. The hotel has a gym and spa which I used the gym every other day. The gym is okay but a little tired but fine for use. I would say it needs some dumbells though. I wasn't sure how to book the spa as there was no information about it in the rooms or at the reception desk/advertisements anywhere. Maybe they could do with providing this info to guests. There is also an indoor pool, indoor table tennis etc which we only found out about toward the end of our stay. Maybe the hotel could do with investing in some signage as like our last Greek hotel, it seems to be non existent and we have to ask where to find things. Towels were provided for the pool at the bar which was good. Also the cocktails were very nice. The hotel helps you to rent quads, cars and bikes which is great and its reasonably priced. You may find slightly cheaper if you go out and find a local shop but only by a few euros. All in all we would return.

Stayed here for 4 nights, the blonde older lady that checked us in was incredibly rude. We had a 10 month old baby and had requested a pack and play. When we got to the room it wasn’t in there, so they were able to get one for us but it smelled musky. Bathroom smelled like sewage, shower curtain was moldy, the jets in the bath tub looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there were makeup/other mysterious stains on sheets and towels. Towels were very rough. The pool area is nice and it has nice views, the gentleman that runs the breakfast is very friendly. The hill can be quite a trek, if you have mobility issues or a young child with a stroller etc, I would think twice. It’s NOT accessible. Lots of stairs, no ramps and had to carry the stroller etc up and down stairs multiple times a day. Some of our family members rooms had bath tubs that leaked all over the floor. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is super clean, all hygiene measures related to covid are taken. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It is located 200 meters from the black beach, with restaurants, coffee shops, bars and supermarkets. It is built in the hill with a beautiful view to the sea and the mountain which just behind. Our room was fitted with a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a private jacuzzi on the veranda which also was fitted with sunbeds, a table and chairs. Staff's behaviour was excellent, very polite and professional while at the same time they were friendly and service-oriented. The swimming pool is big and the hotel offers for free towels to be used at the swimming pool area. Breakfast was ok. Good for families as well as for couples. It is very quiet and we have enjoyed our stay there.

I start on the very negative point and then I explain the positive points : Negative point (disastrous) : -- For our arrival, we had booked a shuttle (through Epavlis hotel) which was supposed to take us from the airport to the hotel for an amount of 20€. We totally trusted the hotel for this shuttle. When we arrived, a person was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it. We paid the 20€ and entered the vehicle. After about ten minutes, the person takes out our luggage and leaves us in front of a hotel which indicates us to be Epavlis hotel except that once out, it was not the case. This person takes us out of his vehicle without discussion by throwing our luggage. We were on the side of the road in an unknown place and without cash (cabs in Greece only accept cash). We call Epalvis hotel to inform them of this situation but they tell us that it is not their responsibility and that the only solution was that we can call another cab at our expense. After several minutes of tense conversation no solution was found, Eplavis hotel refused categorically: To refund us the 20 € we had given to the cab they had reserved and ill-intentioned To pay us a cab from the place where we were (35 minutes by foot) to bring us back to the hotel To contact the fraudulent cab again so that it comes to recover us to transport us Once arrived at the hotel extenuated after 35 minutes of walking under the sun with our suitcases. No commercial gesture or attention has been acted, no refund of the cab, no compensation or even cocktail offered for this disastrous day. The hotel maintains that it was the shuttle's fault and not theirs, whereas it is the hotel that works directly with the shuttle and that booked it for us! This experience was horrible and the hotel showed us that they are not able to take care of their guests properly. We categorically advise against booking shuttles through Epavlis hotel. Positive point : -- The hotel has a good location that offers a pleasant living environment. The room was clean and the sea view was very nice. The pool and its surroundings are well maintained. We also very much appreciated the bar and the person in charge of its operation (from 12:00 to 22:00) who is very friendly and gives advice on Santorini. The cocktails are well prepared and...

We had 3 nights bed and breakfast at this hotel part of our island hopping adventure.|Check in is from 2pm and was given room 132.|Very basic room no view very dark. The room had a free safe and a fridge (nothing supplied in it) no bottled water and no tea/coffee facilities.|Bathroom could do with an update shower was awful. Toiletries supplied.|Hotel and room spotlessly clean.|Aircon was excellent!!|Breakfast was again very basic/poor, coffee awful (when machine worked)|The setting to eat was beautiful.|Roland on reception was friendly and helpful. Other staff seemed aloof.|Pool was lovely with amazing views out to sea and the resort. Pool bar was very good but didn’t stay open in the evening so nothing was going on in the evening at the hotel.|Noise echoed around the corridors and hallways at night so take earplugs.|This hotel is not ideal for people with walking difficulties as it is situated at the top of a very steep hill (hence the fabulous views) and there’s loads of stairs taking you up and down to rooms, pool and reception,|Location is about 5 min walk to beach and 10 mins into Kamari centre which has everything you could possibly need.|Sadly we wouldn’t recommend but definitely love Santorini and the...
