Eternity Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

We visited Eternity Suites 27th March 2023 for 4 nights. It was our first holiday with our six month old daughter. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable. ||Alex was very friendly and welcoming. He shared information before we had even arrived to help us plan our trip and this extended to after we’d left. We checked out and left our baby’s prescribed formula (cows milk allergy) for the bin so we could save on space and weight in our luggage. We had a four hour flight and accounted for 24 hours worth of formula in case of delays at the airport. Never did we think our flight would be cancelled and rescheduled 27 hours later as it’s never happened in 33 years of travelling. I contacted Alex who retrieved the formula and made sure we could get it. He made me feel calm amongst the chaos. I can’t thank him enough for this! ||The room we stayed in was immaculate. The modern decor, fittings and amenities were all modern and excellent quality with a luxurious feel. It felt like we were on honeymoon. Very special!! The cot for our little girl seemed brand new which was reassuring. We were given wine and cakes which were a lovely gesture. ||The hot tub was cleaned and maintained every day, as was our room. Our terrace was very private and not overlooked, which can’t be said for some terraces in Santorini. ||We had a sink, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which all came in handy. Bottled water was provided every day. The air con worked great and was silent. I had to check it was on as it was so quiet. ||The suites are a five minute walk to the main street in Fira with plenty of restaurants nearby. Alex recommended some lovely restaurants which we really enjoyed. We hired a car and we were able to park it within a few minutes of the suites each night but it was quite full and in high season parking might be more difficult. ||I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re reading this just book it. You will not be disappointed. We stayed for 6 nights total ( 5 nights in “Luxury Suite with unlimited view and private jacuzzi” and 1 night in “Cave Suite Grande with private outdoor heated jacuzzi”) and the hotel is located in Fira, the center of Santorini, in literally the best spot for so many reasons that obviously can’t be broken down in a review for the sake of being brief. First, I have to say that the hospitality was excellent, both rooms were SUPER clean and we were greeted with an awesome welcome gift. The hotel is brand new, and both rooms were very well designed and decorated. The Jacuzzi was amazing and what we expected, and it was carefully cleaned TWICE per day by a professional. The room was cleaned every day and it was spotless like the very first day we came in (do not check out without leaving a tip to the cleaning lady, she is awesome, and she deserves it!). If you have any questions, feel free to ask the staff. The hotel is family owned and the staff will be more than happy to help you out with anything you might need during your stay. They are very kind people and they love what they do. This is probably the best hotel you can find in Fira, with the best staff and for an unbelievable value for money ratio. You will be getting a goodbye gift when you checkout!

Before I review this place I want to clarify somethings:||||This review is not to demand any money from the eternity suites but with a sole purpose of warning people about what kind of a health hazard this place is.||||We do not expect anything from the owners because their response during our stay was either bizzare baseless allegations or false claims without any proof.||||Review:||I stayed at this place in suite 5 with my friends for 3 nights, out of which 2 nights were wasted arguing with the manager on duty "yannis". The reason was that the hot tub (jacuzzi) was unhygenic and a health hazard. Please see the attached picture of the property with the pH test of water that shows it was clearly acidic. Me and my friends left santorini with chemical burns on our skin all over the body. We were choking with the bubble jet of the hot tub. Our eyes were burning accompanied by intense coughing. The manager was in constant denial and did not take any measures to fix the problem. Our vacation was completely ruined by the eternity suits and the staff.||||This is my first ever review.
