One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at for one of the most beautiful destinations I've traveled to. We forgot to arrange a port transfer, but the hotel was able to arrange one on the spot. Though we were anxious while waiting at the Fira port, we were soon picked up by a Range Rover. We had 2 rooms, and although we didn't book through any credit card hotel program, 1 of our rooms was upgraded. The rooms were stunning -- just like the cave rooms I've seen on Instagram all these years. There were beautiful arches carved into the room and each room had a flower-adorned patio with comfortable seating outside. The hotel is well located, away from the most busy, crowded part of Oia but still very close to the village. The view of the Caldera and Aegean sea from our rooms were to die for. The breakfast was served a la carte and each dish was deliciois, especially the caramelized french toast with coffee cream! After our stay ended, we were moving to another Katikies in Fira, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary transfer to the next hotel since they're under the same brand. Highly, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Oia!

We had originally booked the Katikies Garden hotel. However, we ended up staying at the Katikies Kirini hotel due to a delay in the Garden property’s grand opening. The Katikies team exemplified professionalism with this change by informing us a month in advance and upgrading our room at the Katikies Kirini. Lucky us because the Katikies Kirini hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was welcoming, the hotel room itself was incredible (they welcomed us with wine and a plate of sweet treats!), and the view from the hotel is just breathtaking. We also had two meals at the hotel’s restaurant. Their prawn giouvetsi dish was incredibly memorable. I reached out over email to see if they would be willing to share a recipe for this dish so that I can recreate it when I returned home. To my delight, the hotel manager (Panos) responded with the recipe! This hotel was the highlight our 9 day Greece vacation. I cannot wait until I get the chance to return to Santorini and stay at another Katikies property!

Katikies Kirini Santorini is simply stunning. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool overlooking the caldera—easily one of the most beautiful spots in Oia. The location is ideal, with a peaceful setting and just a short, scenic walk to the famous sunset street and the heart of town. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, with fresh pastries, cheeses, fruits, and savory dishes. The only thing I’d point out is the breakfast time—starting at 8:00 AM might feel a bit late for early risers. An earlier option would be a nice touch. Still, I couldn’t bring myself to give anything less than 5 stars because the staff were outstanding—incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made us feel completely at home and took care of every detail with a smile. If you’re visiting Santorini and want an unforgettable luxury experience with soul, Katikies Kirini is the place to be.

From the moment we stepped foot on the property, the staff made us feel warm and welcome. Check in was fast and we were given a tour of the property on the way to our room. Be prepared to take a lot of steps! Our room was super clean and elegant, well appointed and very comfortable. The only complaint might be the lack of hooks to hang a towel outside the shower, but that was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast daily was included and it was delicious and served pool side overlooking the ocean! The service staff was very attentive, pleasant and treated us so well we did not want to leave at the end of the week! Try the eggs benedict and definitely have the daily bread basket! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was spectacular. Dining under the moon light with the warm ocean breezes wafting over us was wonderful and the food was incredible. A local wine was recommended on our first night and we spent the rest of the week ordering it! Selene Rose is outstanding. Our room was cleaned everyday and every night there was a turn down service that included a fresh bottle of water and chocolates! Our patio had a very nice bench and chair with table and umbrella as well as a small cabana we used a couple of times to soak up the sun! The hotel pool was not large and very cold but once in, very refreshing. The hotel location is perfect for touring Oia. Is not too far to walk there and a car to Thira is only about a 15-20 minute drive away. The front desk was always super helpful in getting a car arranged for us. We also tried the spa and had a couples massage. Wonderful! It put me to sleep! | There is eye candy everywhere you look. The gleaming white buildings and blue roof tops of the local churches are amazing as is the view of the entire ocean area. We hope to someday return and will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for making our dream vacation a true...

There are not many entrances to a hotel in the world like that at KK. Gives me goosebumps just writing this. The design and layout of the hotel, the way the rooms are basically 5 star caves, the refinement of the decor, the bright whiteness of all the stone, everything is impeccable. And then you add to that the service... The team literally cannot do enough for you. Example, we wanted to buy a particular bottle of Greek brandy so I texted the concierge on WhatsApp (all guests have this service and they are unbelievable). I got an immediate reply, Christos, the F&B manager was on the case. 20 minutes later he came to me, in person, on my day bed to give me an update. A couple of hours later they had found a supplier (their supplier didn't have it), they called the shop, told them we were coming and then gave us directions. This epitomizes their service ethos. Elisabetta, the sommelier, asking if we wanted our last glass of wine from the bottle in our room, she then brought everything to us. Ricky sincerely telling Louise how wonderful she was looking when we went out in the evening, I could go on - the service here is absolutely world class. I have already thanked the hotel but want to do so here with this review to recognise the culture Leo and his team have built. ||I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world and stay at some of its best hotels and this was the absolute best. We are so grateful for the 5 days we had with everyone. Shout out to Athena, Fernandes and Bill as well for their...

We booked the wet junior suite for our honeymoon and we were really looking forward to it, but the hotel did not quite meet expectations. the best part of the hotel is the staff. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, and accommodating - no problems there. The room also had a patio with incredible views! However, the jetted "hot tub" in the junior suite could only be heated to about 70 degrees Fahrenheit. By American standards....this just isn't a hot tub and a little bit of false advertising on their part. We would have probably booked the nicer suite with a pool and a cabana lounger had we known the hot tub wasn't a hot tub. Furthermore, there was just a myriad of quality issues with our room. First, the safe broke and we had to walk around with a key to it. Second, the lock to the front door of our room came clear off when we tried to unlock it and we were locked in our room for a few minutes before a maintenance guy could come and get us out. Third, our room phone didn't work and had to be repaired when we first arrived. Finally, we booked a massage that had to then be rescheduled when they accidentally double booked us (get the massage if you go, they are amazing)

In my opinion, these things just can't be happening at a hotel to be considered a five star hotel. If I were going to Santorini again, I'd probably look at a...
