We arrived early hours of morning due to flight delays. First impression was the room was extremely dated, but appeared to be clean.|The following morning, the toilet would not flush, there was no running water in the sink, and the 'shower' did not work. This was not an ideal start to our stay.|We approached Dina and discussed the issue with no water. She explained this was due to a problem with the 'authority', and this was a regular occurrence, and water supply would resume shortly. |We went out and about to enjoy our day. We arrived back at the hotel early evening, there was still no hot water, and the water supply was literally a 'trickle'. I had no option but to stand in the 'shower' area and attempt a cold wash.|The situation the next morning was the same. Little or no water, and no heat. Again, we approached Dina who repeated about the 'authority', and due to other commitments early in the morning she had not been able to turn on the heating, again she said this would be resolved.|We went out to visit our friends who were staying in a hotel 230m away, where by a miracle, they were not affected by 'authority' water issues and had not been during the whole time of our stay. Luckily, we were able to use their bathroom facilities.|After 2 nights at this hotel, and a 3rd morning of the same lack of water/utilities, we decided enough was enough, and lack of response/resolve we relocated to another hotel.|We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Our experience at Koralli Hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, genuine hospitality, and a true sense of Greek charm that immediately made us feel at home.
The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy all the magic of Santorini, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The views are breathtaking, and every corner of the property reflects care and attention to detail.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the Santorini breeze.
What really sets Koralli Hotel apart is the hospitality of the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. They were always ready with a smile, happy to recommend local restaurants, hidden beaches, and must-see attractions. Their personal touch made all the difference, and we felt like more than just guests—we felt like family.

Read moreThe hotel is located very near the sea, that is the biggest advantage, along with the low prices. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.||Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor. The first day we arrived at 7 a.m. and we were told that we must pay 5 euro to eat, even though breakfast was included in our payment. The alleged "orange juice" was only water with added color and sugar, nothing near fruit juice, and the water for coffee and tea was salty because it was tap water which is slightly salty in Santorini. On the second to last day, one of the other guests complained to the delegate, after which we received a boiled egg and a lemon cake (which was very good). Unfortunately, that was only for the...
