Preka Maria — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

My recent trip to Greece was nothing short of a dream, and a significant part of that was due to the incredible hotel where I stayed. It truly embodied the spirit of Greek hospitality and beauty.

The location was perfect near the beach and tons of places to eat. The location was also perfectly situated for exploring the charming streets, with shops and restaurants. It was far enough from the bustling town to feel secluded, yet close enough for easy excursions.

The room (4.5/5 Stars) was not modern but very clean.I especially appreciated the pool area, which offered an idyllic spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The staff at Maria Perka truly made the stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and smiles. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction (5/5 Stars)

I would highly recommend anyone seeking a truly special getaway in Greece. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Fotini, Felita and Ionnis could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Fotini especially helped us arrange the boat and bus tours and taxis for the wedding we were attending.

The room was cleaned daily by a lovely lady. The kitchenette was so useful. We asked for extra hangers and an iron which they provided straight away. The hot chocolate by the pool was one of the best I've ever tasted. Excellent service by Ionnis by the pool.

The bus stop is 2mins away, the beach is 1min away. Supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants all on the doorstep. I'm so glad we stayed here. Amelia's is just over the road, great for a nice dinner. Fotini has excellent knowledge of the whole area & happily answered all of my many questions! Thank you! Very grateful to Preka Maria and would happily return for another...

Couldn’t speak highly enough of this brilliant hotel. Right from the first moment - booking in - their service was impeccable. We arrived on Santorini in the early hours of the morning and Hotel Maria Preka had organised a transfer service for us. On arrival at the hotel we were warmly welcomed and presented with a quick run down of the ins and outs of the hotel. The hotel is perfect - the rooms are immaculate, the pool is spotlessly clean and very inviting. Beach towels were supplied for the pool as well as the beach. The location is excellent - a very short stroll to the beach. A great breakfast buffet is on offer for €7 (excellent value).
