Hotel Anassa Santorini — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

When my wife and I were looking at places to stay in Santorini, we spent hours and hours looking a so many places that fit our budget but were also going to be a nice place to stay. We came across the Anassa hoteland after speding over 45 mins reading reviews we decided to book it. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!! this was the best decision we could it had made!!!. For starters the staff made this hitel feel like a home. They went out of their way to put a smile on our faces specially our 6yrs old daughter. We stayed there for 7 days and everytime we either left the hotel or came back the ladies in the front desk would stop anything they were doing just to say hi to my daughter. To the point that my daughter made it her mission to go say hi to them everytime. They were also super helpful and went above and beyond to make us happy. Upon arrival we were met with complementary drinks from the bar a full map of Santorini as well as Kamari beach and some info of things to do.

Our first night was a little rough just because our room was extremely hot and I personally could not fall asleep. Nonetheless the next morning I informed the hotel and theysprung into action calling an AC specialist to see why the AC was not working. They tried to fix it but unfortunately they couldnt get the part they needed and ended up having to purchased a new unit from Athens. In the mean time I had asked them for fans, which they ended up providing us with 2 of them and that took care of the heat problem. The manager did offered us a bigger room but we were settled in the room and the fans honestly were enough to keep us cool.

On our last day, our flight back was at 2335 and they were gracious enough to allow my family to stay in the room until 1800 amd then let us relax by the pool until our transportation came and took us to the airport.

The hotel is also located in such a great centralized location. Literally you can walk 3 mins in any dirrection and you will be either at a great restaurant, or a shopping store, or perhaps you would like to see a movie, well there is a movie theather 3 mins away.

WOW!!!! Where do I begin. My husband, family friends and I travelled to Santorini for our wedding. We chose Anassa Suites for our week in Santorini. We were absolutely blown away with the beautiful hotel, extremely clean rooms and outstanding service. The entire team from day one was so helpful. We were a large group and they made it so easy to accommodate all of our guests and their specific requests and needs. Everybody was so happy with their room, and the amenities that were offered were amazing. The pool was a perfect place to hangout in the afternoon and the bar service was a such a nice touch. The breakfast served daily was delicious, always so fresh and lots to choose from. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was beautiful, on the day of the wedding the surprised our bridal party with complementary margaritas and snacks. When we got back on our wedding night our suite had been cleaned and was decorated with adorable decor and complimentary champagne. All throughout the week the staff helped us with directions, suggestions with things to do and also organized transportation anytime we needed it. We felt like family during our stay and they made our wedding week one too remember thanks to all of their hard work and dedication. The location is perfect, quiet area yet close to so many shops and restaurants we absolutely loved it. We will absolutely be returning to celebrate our anniversary at Anassa.
