Hotel San Antonio — Hotel in Sololá

We didn't expect much on arriving at this hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised compared to other budget hotels. Our room was large and bright with two double beds and views of the lake. The bathroom was large and we had a balcony with hammock and table and chairs. It was quiet, the staff were friendly and the in room Wi-Fi was excellent. There was also a kitchen for guest use and a cute restaurant downstairs. ||Downsides... The shower is set in the ceiling of the bathroom and that ceiling is very high. As a result, the shower is a tepid light drizzle by the time it reaches you! Also, we stayed 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned during that time.||Overall, great...

I absolutely love this place!! They treat you like family, everyone is very helpful. They are always smiling! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. My room there was a fridge and T.V.

They have a kitchen as well which is fully stocked with cookware. There is laundry service and a restaurant. The location is on the main street close to everything. A family establishment done with pride! When I come back...this is the only place...
