Design Apartments Budapest — Hotel in Budapest

The themed rooms here are different and cool to stay in. We stayed in the airplane room and it was a unique experience. More exciting then staying in a basic hotel room. The location is the best part. You are walking distance to shopping, bars, and many restaurants. It is also close to the river as well. Getting the keys to the room can be tricky, you have to walk down the street for the reception. My only complaint is that the bathroom had a bad oder coming from it, so it could use a deep clean. This Appartement has a great design and good price value. The receptionists are really nice and friendly, already via Email. The cleaners could have been a little better (big mirror, dirty and cracked and dust on the shelf beside the bed). One thing more to improve, the bed is not fixed. If you are a couple, you get automatically separated =P and one bed is to small for two people beside ;)

Except for this small flaws, we can totally recommend this stylish awesome rooms in the center of Budapest! Great start point for...

The apartments are on the ground level. There is a huge Vizsla dog in a flat next door that starts barking and crying at the top of its lungs every morning at 6-7am when the owner (a local resident) leaves the home. This usually goes on for 2 hours, and you can hear EVERYTHING. Needless, to say, we got zero rest. Waste of money, and the whole vacation was awful...
