We stayed here 5 nights and would highly recommend it.||Good points:|-Perfect location to walk around the city, see the main touristy sites, Christmas markets and Jewish quarter|-Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket 5mins walk away|-24hr reception. Staff spoke very good English and were so helpful|-It felt safe and secure with the gate before getting into the complex|-The apartment was clean, warm and very quiet|-The kitchen had a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, 1/2 dishwasher, coffee pod machine and basic utensils. A few coffee pods, tea bags, milk pods, salt, pepper and sugar were included.|-Plenty of plates, cutlery and glassware|-The bathroom had a shower within the bath and a washing machine|-Beds were very large and comfortable||Could improve:|-No luggage rack, so our bags sat on the floor. There was a wardrobe, but only a few hangers, and not enough to hang up all our clothes|-No oven mitt|-Toilet seats aren't soft close, so made a loud bang till we realised|-Shower head was so low and not moveable. I had to squat down to wash my hair|-The lift broke 1 day. There was a sign on the bottom level only. No sign on the upstairs lift to alert anyone coming out of their apartments. The door to the lift opened, so we went inside, but the door kept going back and forth. A sign would have been helpful to say -'Its broken, don't get inside the lift'. It was fixed the next day though.|-The morning after we arrived, the cleaners came to the door. We didn't need anything though. They never returned, so maybe they only visit 1 day a week? We stayed for 3 nights in one of the hotel’s “superior rooms” for 2 adults. Unfortunately, several issues made our experience disappointing:

1. The “included” breakfast is not served at the hotel but at a mediocre café about 7 minutes away on foot. You’re only allowed to choose one item from the menu, and some items even cost extra. This is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying roughly €15 per person, per night, for breakfast.
2. The photos made it seem like the rooms overlook an indoor garden, but ours faced a busy street full of bars. It was extremely loud at night, and we struggled to sleep. This detail was never mentioned and felt very misleading. Also, the balcony had only two chairs…no table.
3. The room had only blankets and no top sheets, which made it uncomfortable to sleep during the July heat.
4. The couch had a few suspicious white stains that were unpleasant to see.
5. The staff was very friendly, and the location is great for exploring the city center…as long as you’re okay with street noise late at night.
6. During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned, not even once. This made it feel more like an Airbnb than a hotel…

Overall, the hotel should be more transparent in its advertising. Guests deserve to know what to realistically expect...
