Read moreWe stayed here 5 nights and would highly recommend it.||Good points:|-Perfect location to walk around the city, see the main touristy sites, Christmas markets and Jewish quarter|-Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket 5mins walk away|-24hr reception. Staff spoke very good English and were so helpful|-It felt safe and secure with the gate before getting into the complex|-The apartment was clean, warm and very quiet|-The kitchen had a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, 1/2 dishwasher, coffee pod machine and basic utensils. A few coffee pods, tea bags, milk pods, salt, pepper and sugar were included.|-Plenty of plates, cutlery and glassware|-The bathroom had a shower within the bath and a washing machine|-Beds were very large and comfortable||Could improve:|-No luggage rack, so our bags sat on the floor. There was a wardrobe, but only a few hangers, and not enough to hang up all our clothes|-No oven mitt|-Toilet seats aren't soft close, so made a loud bang till we realised|-Shower head was so low and not moveable. I had to squat down to wash my hair|-The lift broke 1 day. There was a sign on the bottom level only. No sign on the upstairs lift to alert anyone coming out of their apartments. The door to the lift opened, so we went inside, but the door kept going back and forth. A sign would have been helpful to say -'Its broken, don't get inside the lift'. It was fixed the next day though.|-The morning after we arrived, the cleaners came to the door. We didn't need anything though. They never returned, so maybe they only visit 1 day a week? Bit confusing though.||Overall, it is the perfect location and I would gladly...
