Little Americas SoHo Apartments — Hotel in Budapest

Persone scorrette assolutamente da evitare Abbiamo prenotato la notte del 6 maggio 2023 un appartamento per 2 persone a Budapest (tramite Booking com prenotazione 2564.865.688), ma non ci hanno fornito il PIN per prendere le chiavi e quindi ci hanno di fatto impedito l'accesso. Da più persone gentili del posto abbiamo fatto telefonare molte volte e chiedere se potevamo incontrarli dove volevano (perchè i ns. cellulari non funzionavano in Ungheria), ma non c'è stato niente da fare mettendoci in grave difficoltà. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un albergo a ns. spese. Nondimeno ci hanno addebitato tutto, compresi 35 euro di spese di pulizie che ovviaamente non hanno dovuto fare perchè non ci hanno fatto entrare (facendoci perdere tempo dalle 11 alle 16 ca. con enorme disagio senza risolvere nulla).

Worst apartment we’ve ever booked. Looked great on booking.com but was nothing like pictures, had to leave next day and go somewhere new. Was very dirty, hair, human matter and just not looked after at all. Cant find the exact apartment to review but was part of the Little Americas chain (California Wines). Experiencia súper desagradable. Nada más llegar y ver cómo era el acceso se nos quitaron las ganas de estar en ese lugar. La puerta principal, las escaleras que llegaban al piso, el patio por donde accedíamos… parecían literalmente una película de terror. Todo estaba muy muy descuidado, con mucha basura y demasiado antiguo. Pero lo que es el apartamento tenía un olor a humedad y a cañerías que hacía imposible estar allí, además de la suciedad y lo descuidado que estaba todo que podéis ver en las fotos. Marcas de humedad por todas las paredes, la puerta del baño no se podía abrir y cerrar con facilidad debido a esta problema de humedad y ya podéis ver en la foto como está la puerta.
