I had the worst experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition, and nothing met even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. The restroom was filthy, with stains and a foul odor that made it unbearable to use. The bedroom was equally disappointing—dirty linens, broken furniture, and an overall neglected appearance. This was the most unpleasant hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy—there were ladies’ hairs all over the place, making it clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Worst rooms. I booked this hotel looking at the ratings and reviews but it's the worst place I have stayed till now. There are cockroaches, spider nets and worst of all I saw bed bugs!! Doesn't have restaurant of its own. If you ask for cutlery they give you wooden ones. Had to adjust with tea cups since they did not have bowls! Plates are dirty. Tea cups are dirty. Did not even dare to open the cupboards as there were cockroaches coming out of it. Towels are stained. Toilets are very dirty. No hot water from afternoon onwards. They don't even provide basic toiletries. Very bad smell in the rooms. Literally got headache. Since I paid in advance I stayed for 2 days. Else would have changed the hotel for sure. Also, no tv channels, make sure you have some backup for entertainment or rely on only YouTube. By god's grace they had smart tv, I could cast my phone. After a long day of traveling, I was able to quickly settle into my room thanks to the easy and speedy check-in procedure. The room itself was large, tastefully furnished, and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance of the room.

Throughout my visit, the hotel personnel was polite, helpful, and mindful of my needs. Their warmth and consideration made me feel respected and welcome, which enhanced the whole enjoyable experience.
