Ideal City Centre Sleepover Hotel ||||In a superb location in the middle of town its what you'd expect of a city-centre hotel. It has basic facilities at a modest price. It was clean enough, the room was comfortable enough, and the staff were very welcoming and efficient. Not a place to linger on-site, or for a long stay, but definitely adequate if you're going to be out all day and just return to sleep.||||Being bang in the centre of India's largest and busiest city the traffic noise is intrusive, although you'd 'tune it out' after a while. We had room 301, next to the lift which has noisy hand-operated steel gates. I guess all the 01s on each floor are the same so best avoided.||||Finally, the hotel is on a main road at a busy junction which makes taxi access difficult. Specify the adjoining side road (not the GPO side) for drop-off and pickup. It will save a lot of time.||||We notice that the online hotel info shows 'Paid Wifi'; it's free, and reasonable speed. It also shows 'Outdoor Pool'. We didn't go exploring the facilities but unless it's on the roof we would say there probably isn't one. If it's important to you the check...

Beware of opting this hotel as I have experienced one of the Worst Hotel that I have seen in my 25 years of experience. I alongwith my family stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days in this hotel from 14th to 16th April 18. Hotel qualities include; The room it was provided for my children, A/C was defunct. Though we complained at 10:30 PM, someone came and did something only fan was working and no fan in the room. It was like a hot oven when I found it in the morning. Rooms are cleaned on demand only Though they claimed to provide room service in 20-25 Min, they took more than an hour when we ordered food twice. They didn't even provide drinking water when we checked out No help provided during checkout for carrying luggage out from the hotel. No value for the money you pay them per night. with all these bad services they charge @ Rs. 3000 +18% GST per night. Last but not the least beware of safety aspects since nails are open at many places in the rooms. While checking out, we also found that employees negative attitude towards Guests is a result of their salaries was not paid for the last...

Have been staying in this hotel every month since last 3-4 years... Its a very nice hotel.. But this time service was very poor mainly in restaurant during breakfast... Firstly there was a big group of students.. When they used to come for breakfast, staff was not able to handle other travelers... An experienced & young waiter was not present who used to be very supportive in restaurant.|Secondly I had to leave early one day, I requested the reception to provide me only bread and butter, but they said that they can provide after 6.30 only and at 6.30 they will provide in 2 minutes only..
