Worst place I have ever stayed in my travelling past. Staff is simply hateful and unwelcome. U make a complaint,they will just ignore. Once u have paid, they hardly care for their customers. Took a group their. Instead of mass booking, their ignorance was at Highest level. They initially will promise you free wifi, breakfast, ac rooms, etc etc. Name one, you won't get any. WiFi : they would make excuses of not working. At so very high temp of 40 degree centi' and with all humid climate, they refuse to on their ACs. We made complaints many a time, instead of taking action, yelled at us. Breakfast: even have paid for whole group, they refused to serve. Rooms are dreadful, so untidy, dirty, soiled,yucky... even you would find cockroaches, rats and other insects sleeping beside you. And any reproach, they just don't listen or give acknowledge to the same. Worst of all, they have threaten us during our stay. Said to stay in whatever condition hotel is or leave without any refund. When along with the group, we checked out of hotel, they forcibly blocked our bus far away from hotel. All our customer have to drag their luggage where the bus was. On that they used abusive words. There is no manger in the hotel different departments handles the hotel as per the room service guy when asked for hotel manager. Booked room for two days While checking in standard room was given where I had no idea how the executive room looked but by the given details I could analyse but there was no minibar and the room was small (water bottles were not given on 2nd day, no room cleaning given) When spoken to reception the person just said there is no minibar in the hotel we removed it sorry for the inconvenience. How conveniently he said that to me. And we guests are mad to pay such huge amount to such hotels to hear this. And guess what coincidentally when ordered for ice the room service guy said put it in the mini fridge. So to reconfirm I asked which room has minifridge (starts from 2nd floor) and our room was 106. Service is totally third class as every person working there is hungry for tips. They will knock on your door just to ask when are you checking out and in our case we extended our stay for a day more and everyone even those whom I have not seen in my full period of stay also was asking the same question that when are we leaving. This feels so awkward. Tip is a voluntary thing and the staff forces telepathically or emotionally (but not with words) to give tips. Parking is an issue as the hotel entrance is on the road itself and there is no porch or drop off place. If you have to work you have to inform the hotel in advance that you need parking.
