Last week I went here with two of my friends. I reached before them and acquired a seat in the AC area and even ordered a chilli guava for the time being. It was brought quite on time. When my friends arrived we decided to sit in the non-AC area as this felt quite congested and closed. Not sure if that is what didn’t sit well with them, the service went so slow from thereby, we had to wait for more than 45min for the first order which was nothing but a single starter of chilly chicken. Since we saw the service was extremely slow we didn’t wait to give another order which was veg cutlet and two virgin mojito. Once the order was taken I never saw the waiter again the whole night. When we arrived the hotel was empty still they took so long to serve and by the time our food arrived we could see all the tables were occupied and were being served very frequently and quick. Finally after such horrible service we decided to head to some other restaurant to spend good quality time with quick food. After asking for bill had to wait another half an hour to even get that. Finally one of us as frustrated as we were walked up to the bar and asked for the Bill and paid right there after letting them know of how pathetically disappointing they have been. Date of Visit: 19th July Time of Entry: 8:45 PM

We entered the restaurant at 8:45 PM and were warmly welcomed by the manager, who also took a group photo after we were seated. However, the positive experience ended there.

Approximately five minutes later, the order taker arrived, and we placed an order for 2 masala papads and 2 starters. After waiting for 20 minutes with no food served or updates, we followed up. The order taker assured us that the food was ready and would be served shortly.

Unfortunately, we had to follow up multiple times, and after a 35-minute wait, only the masala papad was served. When we asked about the remaining items, he again said they would be served soon. After another 15-minute wait, only the soup was brought to the table.

Realizing the continued delays and lack of coordination, we decided to cancel the remaining order. In total, we waited for over an hour and ended up being served only soup and masala papad.

Feedback:

Service: Extremely poor; staff were unresponsive and disorganized.

Food Quality: Subpar and not worth the wait.

Timeliness: Unacceptable delays in serving even basic items.

Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. We hope the management addresses these service...

I recently visited Portico B4M Restaurant, and it was an absolutely delightful experience!

The ambiance of the place is warm, inviting, and perfect for all kinds of gatherings—be it family dinners, friends’ get-togethers, or special celebrations. The decor and vibe truly elevate the dining experience.

Here’s what we tried:

Starters: The Chicken Lollipop was crispy and packed with flavor, while the Bhatti da Paneer was smoky, tender, and absolutely delicious.

Main Course: We had the Grilled Peppery Chicken, which was juicy and well-spiced, along with the rich and creamy Navratan Kofta, perfectly paired with a bread basket.

Mocktails: The mocktails were refreshing and complemented the meal beautifully.

Dessert: We ended the meal with Khubani ka Meetha, a sweet, authentic treat that was the highlight of the evening!

The service was prompt, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and a cozy atmosphere.
