The Rocks — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

The only good thing about this villa is the view, access is dark, dangerous and a 15 min steep narrow climb! Absolutely ridiculous in Bali heat, we had 4 staff yet no service, wet towels weren’t replaced, all our rubbish from 10 people stored behind bar, every time I showered toilet overflowed. We had the most wonderful stay at Mandala The Rocks. A fantastic location and stunning views and house. There was 14 of us with plenty of room for us to relax. The huge day bed is a winner. The staff were amazing and willing to help with anything. The stairs took us about 4 minutes to walk up and down which we didn’t mind the exercise at all. We had surfers with us and they just paddled directly out the front ....

Villa is good with outstanding view. A mesmerizing experience. Very friendly cook and manager. However, is very hard to reach the place. There is a 30 mins trekking down the cliff. Also they don't have any porters. The cook and the villa manager will help you for your big luggage but they will ask for money. Unless you are extremely fit and can carry your luggage I won't...
