We wanted to spent in Kuta only two nights, so we were looking for something cheap but privatte with bathroom. At the first sight, it doesnt lookso bad. We've paid 250.000Rp/night - that is the middle price for a room in Kuta. |Rooms are spatious with basic furniture. All the equipment and bathroom has its good times really in the deep past. Everything in the room is quite dirty, esspecially bathroom. Matracces are horrible, you really cant sleep on it at all. Insect in the room is normal.||We've tried 3 rooms - first had broken door lock, second really terrible matracce, third one broken AC. |The staff is very young, they tryed to help us, but it isnt possible in this hotel, everything is wrong.||We decided to leave after one hour, we packed our things and wanted to leave the hotel. They didn't want to give us our money back. We argued with them about an hour, theywere very rude and refused to give us our money.||We changed the hotel and cameback next day. The was another receptionist, he called a boss and the gave us the money for one night back. We' ve paid for two nights and didn't stay theereat all, but this satisfied us.||I can't recommend this hotel at all, if you have a choice, find another place, there are a lot of nice...
Read moreI've been traveling for the past 4 months all over south east Asia. We've stayed in places for as cheap as 4 dollars a night. We paid 200,000 IND for a room here, after getting our bags off and taking a closer look we noticed how gross the room was, I peeled off the sheet and the mattress was beyond disgusting covered with bugs and stains and smelled. We went down stairs to get someone they came up and inspected the bugs, after the guy collected 5 of the bugs they told us we could change rooms. I took one look at our new room and new it was the same peeled back the sheet and took the pillow case off, I'm pretty immune to stuff like that but I honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing, I showed her the pillow, which was literally black with mold and all she could say was, "it's fine my friend" We ended up arguing for an hour before leaving, went back in the morning to argue mor, left with 100,000 IND I'll...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend stayed in here for 5 days in Kuta, it was horrible. We lived in two different rooms, both rooms were very moldy and had mold on the ceilings, walls and doors. You could also noticable smell mold which was quite disheartening. Even their cleanest bedsheets were stained, and we had bedbugs in both rooms. In one room the bathroom had a whole in the wall that went straight to the street outside, we could barely sleep because of the noise. The staff refused to provide us toilet paper when we asked them, the breakfast was horrible - untoasted bread with sprinkles on it. The washbasin in the bathroom emptied the water straight down onto the floor. The internet never worked...Everything about this place was horrible and depression. Do yourself a favor...
