The CUSTOMERS!!!
The worst part about this starbucks are the customers. After ready all the reviews I thought this would be a good place to get some work done. It would be if not for the actual customers. You walk upstairs and the central table is half full. All the seats are taken by people’s bags as if no one else wants to sit down. Their stuff is spread across the table as if no one else wants to take a seat. They look up at you as soon as you crest the stairs like it’s some awkward movie moment. They then turn their heads back to whatever their computers or notepads in an attempt to never make eye contact with you, so they don’t have to give up any space. The ridiculous racist europeans and aussie hipsters add to the flavor by instantly leaving as soon as this caramel colored black man sat down. The “why is he here” eyes are not new to me. I’ve seen it many places in my life and travels.
I’ll finish my mocha and be gone. I don’t mind Starbucks prices. I know what they are. I’ve been in Starbucks all over the world as a digital nomad. The place itself is nice.

Read moreStopped by this location three times and all three times the trash cans were overflowing, the tables were dirty and had used cups and trash on them, and there was garbage on the floor. It was not busy while we were there on any of our 3 visits and the staff was just standing around. it may have been busy before we arrived, but there was plenty of time to clean the place. We cleaned a few of the tables cleaned up some of the cups so we had a place to sit. Quite unacceptable for it to be this filthy. We spend a lot of time (and money) at Starbucks and this is the first negative review we have left in years. Management really needs to do something at this location. I recently visited the Starbucks and was unfortunately left disappointed with the service. While the coffee was up to the usual standard, the order-taking experience was subpar.
The order taker seemed disinterested, rushed and unengaging, which made the interaction feel impersonal. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, there were errors in my order.
