Arrogant security, for your information this hotel is located behind a shopping stores in separate building. Shopping area in the first building and the hotel behind it on the second building, where to walk out from the hotel to main road is very far. My gojek driver who brought food was told to wait outside on the security post on the main road, outside the shopping stores, and the security guy told my gojek driver to contact me, so that I could go to outside in the main road to meet him, because he was prohibited from entering, even to leave it at the receptionist or hotel lobby was not allowed. Also the security guy don't want to received it and don't want to bring it to hotel reception. I must do it all by myself.
I was in the toilet, so I told him to wait for me outside until I came out.
I should be able to accept it, if my question is answered properly, but I get a harsh answer from 2 security guy, first security is younger around 20-30 and the second security is bit old around 50-60 i don't know his name, but surely they still remember me that night.
when I went out and asked about it, the security guard answered arrogantly that everything was like that and he was allowed by his manager to work like that. and he also challange me if want to complain. Oh Come on guys, I don't care about who are you , or your background, but if you working in that hotel, you're also representing your hotel.
I'm sorry, the person at the reception is very kind, good attitude and professional, he knows how to treat hotel guests properly, they're the one who helped get everything done and helped receive my other package when i'm complaining.
even though you are a security guard but you guys working in a hospitality industry, don't just rely on your muscle, be polite and please treat a...
Read moreMy husband, myself, and some of our relatives were set to enjoy a stay at Kuta Beach Club/Melia, but due to unforeseen circumstances at the time, we ended needing to request a refund. Our request was completely reasonable and well within their refund policy guidelines. Unfortunately, instead of processing this refund, the hotel has chosen to deliberately delay and complicate the process for months to try and shake us off (e.g., requesting raw bank account information through insecure means, claiming a refund has been sent but then nothing arrives, etc). This behavior suggests a calculated strategy to discourage us and possibly others from pursuing rightful refunds.||||The lack of transparency and accountability from the hotel has been deeply disappointing. The communication with their customer service (and subsequently their finance department) was not only slow but also entirely ineffective, leading us to believe that the hotel has instead opted to hold onto our funds that are not rightfully theirs for services they never provided. Our attempts to resolve the issue amicably were met with repetitive delays, unfulfilled promises, and months of pointless back-and-forth.||||I STRONGLY advise against entrusting your money to this dodgy establishment. Should anything go wrong with your booking, you better be prepared for a painful and drawn-out conflict resolution process which will likely not result in a satisfactory outcome. Our experience has been nothing short of a cautionary tale about what poor customer service truly looks like.||||In short; keep looking, as this is not where you...
Read moreThe first night was not so good, they tried to make us pay 100 euros for 5 hours left before our check-in the problem was not even mine. Because I have chatted and consulted this with the reservation team. And this was their advice. After traveling for a long 28 hours all you want is a bed and shower and we were there in the middle of the night disgusting who's fault it was and that we had to pay more.
After that, the supervisor got called and all of a sudden a miracle was possible. The next morning we went the discuss the situation. I was glad it got all solved and after that, we had an amazing stay. But I wasn't happy that nothing was done with the €100,- set up by the co-worker. After that, it was their fault and they shouldn't treat us like that after a long flight.
We were on the very point of leaving the hotel and booking something else that night. Just because we already booked and paid and also we had arrived and for a mistake not even from our side we were demanded to pay a full salary amount for 5 hours of sleep. For the morning to wake up and change hotel room. That was slightly ridiculous and not quality worth it.
The rest of it was nice. It was in the middle of the center and very easy to reach and to be. Near the malls, near the center, near the beach, and with a lot of markets, and restaurants around in both ways of the area. We didn't use much of the hotel, but we liked the 24-hour food service in the restaurant. Also, the 🍸 drinks...
