Let me start this by saying I have never left a negative review on a restaurant before, as someone who has worked in the industry I realise not every sitting can be perfect! This was so bad I felt I needed to! We ordered our food and drinks, starters were actually quite good, my partners white wine was fine. My glass of red wine was brown!! (Not a bit off red, fully brown). I raised this with the staff and asked if it could be swapped to a G&T! The female waiter took the wine away only to check with her partner, who came to the table for us to clarify again the red wine was murky brown and suggested that it was replaced with a G&T. We then had another lady arrive at our table to argue that this was the local wine and this is the colour. We had been in Bali for 10 days already and have drank the local red wine and at no point was it brown until tonight. They still refused to replace it with an alternative drink or a RED Wine! My main course was then delivered to the table which was a whole crab, the only meat on the crab was the claws!! This was a Very very disappointing experience and I would urge anyone not to eat here. It ruined the amazing day we had. There are plenty of better (and much cheaper) options for food...
Read moreI have to give this place a 5 star. I ate here two nights in a row, first night we had the fish and second night the crab with some side dishes and both excellent dishes and everything was just perfect. If you in kuta and want seafood give this place a try as the customer service is excellent , the seafood is fresh and the chef knows how to cook the food. Checkout my YouTube video on this place of which there will be two because I loved this place so much on The Travelling social worker in Thailand , ok we went here a third time on our last night and ordered the duck, some squid and vegetables and fried rice and all was perfect a 3rd time in a row. Staff are always friendly here.
Came here again in October 2024 and like always the food here is delicious and customer service is...
Read moreAnimal cruelty. You only have to pass in front of the aquariums to know that it's wrong to eat in this restaurant. Look at the mantis shrimps stuck in plastic bottles, they grew up in this narrow space and unsuitable for their needs. They place them in bottles because the shrimps have a power equivalent to a hammer. They can kill each other, but they can also break the aquarium's glass. Nature is impressive, let’s respect it! For the little shrimp meat there is on these marine animals, I don't think it's worth causing so much suffering. See that by your own eyes friends. Think about it before consuming like selfish robots. I was scandalized and I preferred to continue on my way, I did not eat in the restaurant. I don't condone animal cruelty. Bon appetit to you if you...
