We celebrated a birthday party with a small group of five last night Monday 19/5 at 7pm.
Food We had chicken parmigiana platter, pork ribs, creamy tagliatelle e tartufo cheese bowl, Fruita di Mare pizza, pork ribs. Feedback - parmigiana is expensive at 399K but tasted ok. Pork ribs over cooked. Tagliatelle had too much truffle oil. Seafood pizza was tasty.
Drinks Bintang beer, Iced Lemon Tea, Passiontini, Soda Water, Pinacolada, Mineral Water. Feedback - Pinacolida was watery and too much ice. Not good value. No large bottles of Mineral Water were available. Other drinks were ok.
Service Service staff were quite inexperienced in taking the orders. Clearing of table after the main course was very poor. I personlly had to go to the bar area and talk to 3 senior staff (white uniforms) to get them to arrange waItresses to clear the table. Very poor service and training of staff. Needs immediate attention to prevent reputational damage.
Band The band from Medan, Sumatra, were really good. They played some tunes from Sumatra, Bali and also Carlos Santana. Also played Happy Birthday for Shelly, the birthday girl.
Birthday Cake We appreciate the management providing a free slice of cake with a candle and birthday message.

The spaghetti carbonara in the cheese wheel is one of the nicest carbonara I have had (making this a lot myself and trying it out in most Italian restaurants where never I am). The pannacotta was also very nice. I will be back. It’s a bit higher price range, but sure is worth the money!
All staff members are super friendly and helpful. One of the male staff members is a jewel in ur restaurant, make sure you keep him as ur staff (silly me, I forgot to look at his name plate, but I’m sure the owner and manager will know who it is). He is ALWAYS busy and looking for something to do. He was busy at the cashier and booking stuff in for quite some time, but as soon as the bel rang for food coming out, of he went to bring the food to the table first. Clients being brought to the table, stop the administration and going to great them and bring the menu. Not a minute during the 1,5h I was there, was he not busy with customers or work. Read moreAfter pleasant dinner other day we decided came back for lunch with disappointment when server doesn't know what is drink " Sangria " is as you can see it we had it before so we spoke with other employee and she told us that Sangria is not on the menu anymore. I do not know about the manager, but I travel all over the world and in tropical and subtropical countries as Spain or Italy is and more south to equator or closer. Sangria is the most refreshing drink. Very sad for business now, servant came to me after 15 minutes that they do not have ingredients for my spare drink, so if you are expecting something, do NOT!
