Pundi Kaya Villas — Hotel in Pulau Bali

We had 9 beautiful days and nights in Bali from the end of August upto 8 September. During the day we travelled around the island but we spent the nights in Pundi Kaya. The place was suggested to us by a friend, who has lived here for while. It was perfect. In total we were a group of five with my wife, my daughter (15 years old) and I, and two friends. So we had two rooms in total that were located around a beautiful pool with two more rooms there as well. The lady that runs the place and two boys that help her were there all the time taking care of us, the rooms and the area around the pool. Each morning we had breakfast at precisely the time we asked. There is a big menu to choose from. The place is 5 minutes from the main street in Ubud. The street is very quiet with a couple of family restaurants. The centre is about 30 minutes walking. All in all, we had a great vacation and we are very grateful for them. I do not know if I will come back to Bali one day but for sure I would recommend this place to everyone plans a trip to the island....

This place was AWESOME! And it was our favourite place. The accommodation is amazing, the hosts are so kind and thoughtful and the location is perfect and central while still being quiet enough to relax. But the hosts are what really made this place so great.

For example, my partner got sick and they drove her to a medical clinic and picked her up and did not try to charge her. We ordered breakfast for 8.30am BUT I needed to leave at 7am so we did not want to place two orders but the hosts saw me eating some sad cereal and they weren't having that. She immediately went away and returned with the BEST toasted cheese and tomato sandwich ever (in a to-go box).

Bed was comfy, aircon worked well and was quiet, pool was awesome, bath was beautiful. We wanted to stay longer and nearly cancelled our prepaid accommodation because this place was just that good. Cannot recommend...

We had a great time in Ubud. Pundi Kaya is a very nice place to say. We felt so welcome by the family of Made and Wayan. They assist you with everything you need. It’s because of them that we didn’t want to leave. We stayed here for two weeks. The room is fine, has everything you need. The location is perfect in a quiet road but close to the centre. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay...
