RedDoorz Plus near Alun-Alun Selatan 2 — Hotel in Yogyakarta

It was ok. So let's start with the good. Coffee and tea served on the terrace around 6am. Friendly staff. Good location. Very quiet. The not so good: TV worked intermittently, shower sprayed onto the towels. If the bum gun was placed incorrectly it would spray all over the bathroom. And... Our room did not look anything like the pictures on Agoda or google. The bed was horrible and two singles pushed together with something rammed into the gap. A 5cm mattress that you could hear springs moving when you lay down. The sheets moved around randomly. Towels and sheets were quite dirty - asked for them to be changed midway through our 5 night stay and they were but still dirty. Won't stay here again. Definitely ask for the room in the pictures if you do book. It...

1 out of 5. Location is really great, nice restaurants and stores around the corner. Staff is also very helpful and kind. The whole set up of this hotel looks nice on the outside. Our room on the other hand looked very outdated but above all, dirty. The ants were crawling in our bed and there were hairs on the blankets. Also were there wholes in the sheets.and the mattress was broken. The crew was kind enough to fix this for me but the same problem accured with the same problem accured with the other mattress. Stay 5 days at these budget hotel, staff was nice and friendly and helpfull. Firstly just booking for 3 days and due to we feel comfortable here we booked for another 2 days. Pro: they help you with early check in if available, clean and new toilette. Serve tea every morning, give mineral water every day.
