ADV HOME - Exclusive Rooms — Hotel in Bolzano - Bozen

Overall we found ADV HOME to be just ok. It was extremely expensive compared to some of the hotels in the area and everything had an extra charge: 15 euros for early check-in, 10 euros for 11am checkout (10am is the regular checkout team which is extremely early). Heads up this is not a bed and breakfast like it says on google, it's just a make-shift Airbnb like situation (no breakfast, amenities).

The bus pass that they provide and the coffee machine is super helpful though!

I left an extremely honest and perfect personal review. Yes, it felt like being nickled and dimed after paying €750 for just 2 nights. Extremely expensive and exactly my point: this place is not worth it at all.

When we were leaving, the owner saw my review and offered to take off the €10 checkout fee in an attempt to buy my review. I told him no, that’s nothing given we paid almost €800 for the stay. Maybe a partial refund would make the stay more worth it: at this point, he started threatening us and told me that he records everything. If your not familiar with the American cartoon "The Jetsons" look it up. This hotel was like something from the future. Security codes to get in the hotel, through the door to the rooms and your room door itself making it very safe. The room was equipped with motorized curtains and shutters that was controlled through the thermostat. They could be operated manually but also automatically through the thermostat. All lights were controlled with touch style switches. Coffee and snacks were available on each floor just out your door 24/7 along with cold drinks in your refrigerator in your room. The hotel staff was very helpful as we dealt with a language barrier. Mr. Andrea checked us in and then walked us through the entire process from entering the hotel itself, through the floor door, into the room itself and then all the features of the room. They offered luggage drop off, allowing us to explore the town. This hotel came with a free Bolzano card which entitles you to free busses, cable cars and regional trains. We had the most wonderful stay at ADV Homes in Bolzano. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Andrea, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like we were at home. It is clear he and his brother care for the property and the guest experience.

The rooms were absolutely perfect—modern, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with every comfort imaginable. We were thrilled with the thoughtful touches, like the convenient community kitchen that made it easy to enjoy a snack or coffee and the little extras: keyless entry to the building/rooms, dyson hair dryers, towel warmers and more.

ADV Home truly goes above and beyond in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bolzano....
