The location is great and the air conditioner was a plus! The breakfast is ok but could add a bit more for the cost you are paying. I’m not exactly positive what the point of daily housekeeping was. We stayed 4 nights; the first day no one came, the second day they came and folded our sheet on the bed, the third day the same. No trash empty, toilet paper refilled, or water in the mini fridge replenished so I had to ask for more toilet paper as we were clearly almost out. I would rather them not enter my room if the only thing done is folding a sheet. Also we didn’t realize until after the first night that we booked a garden room and received a city room. Not a big deal but just not sure if this was an extra cost and if we were light sleepers it may have made a difference, but we use a noisemaker so aren’t typically bothered by street noises. Lastly there were no bathroom amenities such as soap/shampoo and the shower definitely could use an upgrade as it was moldy looking near the bottom corners. The reception staff are very warm. On the first day to the room, there was still hair left by the previous guest on the pillow. There are cigarette butts on the balcony. The air conditioner controller is at the entrance, if you want to turn off the air conditioner at night, you have to get up and walk to the entrance. The air conditioner also blows directly to the body. The design is very unreasonable. Breakfast is really not recommended. Better to go to the bakery in front of the hotel to buy it. There is no elevator in this house. The stairs are also very narrow. This is the worst room I've ever stayed in. highly not recommended。WiFi is also always unable to connect, or unable to log in, or no network login. The garden is also basically closed. It wouldn’t take much to make this hotel a nice experience. The rooms are clean and calm, the location is great, and the personel is nice and serviable. ||Change the light in the room so that one person can sleep and the other can read ( actually impossibie), change the installation if the tv so we can watch it from the bed, put some commidities in the shower( shower gel) offer fruits and real coffee in the morning ( instead of the machine coffee), ensure Internet is working in the room (we couldn’t have internet during our stay: a repairman was called but never came). ||For the price asked for the room we should be able to...
