We decided to drop by the cafe early in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find it buzzing with activity. It was evident that this spot was quite popular, as all the inside seats were swiftly occupied.

Opting for a classic choice, we ordered a cappuccino, and to satisfy our sweet tooth, we couldn't resist trying the forest berry strudel. The friendly service we received made our visit all the more enjoyable.

The shop is open non-stop on weekends when 98% of shops in Bolzano are closed. They offer a selection of classics (e.g. St-Honoré, Mimosa cake...) and of local pastries (e.g. Strudel with apple or ricotta cheese filling). The selection is limited and different from most pastry shops in Italy, but the quality of the cakes and cream is excellent. The place has nice seating areas....
