Onlyrooms IV - Via Roma — Hotel in Cagliari

We stayed at OnlyRooms I with my partner for five nights and six days in September 2024. During the entire stay, they only came to clean once, leaving us without clean towels, soap, or toilet paper. The one time they did come, they made the bed with sheets that didn’t fit the bed; they were much larger and kept slipping off and bunching up. There was no one at the reception when we arrived, nor was there anyone there at any time during our stay (morning, afternoon, evening, or night). The bed in the room was very old, sagging from use, and uncomfortable to sleep in.||Customer service is only available through WhatsApp, and they take a long time to respond. If you encounter any issues, they simply “wash their hands” and do nothing to help (for example, when we needed more bath soap). We were lucky to run into a cleaning lady by chance one day, and she gave us some clean towels.||In short, we were disappointed with the service and quality of the accommodation and would not recommend...

I have used this great facility twice in December, the first time booked via a popular hotel engine and the second time directly through their website. The booking process is extremely easy and I like these value for money rooms are clean, spacious and easy to access at any time, given clear instructions and access codes via WhatsApp by a very thorough and attentive Signor Alberto. The room overlooking the main road had great view but was a bit noisy. The room at the back was a lot quieter. The location is fantastic and the free parking access a real bonus for a central accommodation in beautiful Cagliari. Recommended and will use...

Hatten einen Tag Aufenthalt in Cagliari und brauchten zu diesem Zweck ein Zimmer für eine Übernachtung. Das Auto konnten wir auf dem nahegelegenen, überwachten Parkplatz sicher abstellen. Die Anleitung via Whattsapp um an das kostenlose Ticket zu kommen, hat gut funktioniert. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nahe am Hafen und Richtung Altstadt auch nicht allzu weit entfernt. Man kann alles zu Fuß gut erreichen. Leider war der Fahrstuhl bei unserer Ankunft defekt, nach mehreren Anläufen ging es zwar aufwärts, aber nicht bis zum Ziel. Den Rest mussten wir laufen. Die Größe des Zimmers war optimal, der Ausblick war gut aber keinen Aufpreis wert. Die Matratze war sehr dünn und nicht besonders komfortabel; das Bad sehr geräumig, genauso wie die Dusche und modern eingerichtet. Leider kam mir direkt als erstes die Handtuchstange entgegen, sie war nicht richtig befestigt. Außerdem war es im Bad unerträglich heiß und dadurch sehr stickig. Die Klimaanlage war unserer Meinung nach entweder nicht groß genug oder wurde nicht ausreichend gewartet. Jedenfalls wählten wir die höchste und kälteste Einstellung, hatten aber dennoch sowohl wegen des Bettes, wie auch der Raumtemperatur keine erholsame Nacht. Den Service durch die Mitarbeiterin haben wir als gut und hilfsbereit empfunden. Sie hat uns bei der Einstellung der Klimaanlage geholfen (zwar ohne Erfolg) und uns auch vor der Anreise über WhatsApp immer schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt war die Wahl des „Hotels“ kein Desaster, aber nochmal buchen würden...
