If you want to buy a Christmas box (with cheese and salami)to be delivered in time for Christmas even if you pay extra for express delivery(15€ express delivery fee to drive from Cagliari to a small village of Campidano 1 hr drive) and extra for gift wrapping you won't get what you pay for. My English fiancé got this for my dad as a gift but the guy at the other side of the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, they didn't deliver everything that was meant to be in the box and they delivered it in the new year, stating that it was Christmas and they were too busy. If you're so busy to not be able to fulfill your orders please don't accept any online orders, rather than take the money and be rude when the customer is asking where his package is.

Purtroppo se volete fare degli ordini online come un cesto di salumi e formaggi e regalarlo per Natale non pensate che pagando la spedizione veloce (15€)la riceviate davvero. Il mio fidanzato inglese ha comprato questa box (90€ di spesa) online per mio padre come regalo di Natale non potendo venire in Sardegna di persona, ho dovuto fare da tramite io perché dopo due giorni dall'acquisto (ordine avvenuto il 18 Dicembre) non ricevendo nessun tracking link e non avendo notizie voleva sapere se fosse arrivato. Il ragazzo che ha risposto al telefono è stato davvero poco gentile rispondendo che erano troppo impegnati, io ricordai loro che erano stati pagati 15€ di spese di spedizione express per avere il pacco in tempo a casa per Natale, e comunque 90€ di prodotti non era per nulla una spesa irrisoria. Sembra che se ne fossero dimenticati. Il pacco non è mai arrivato in tempo per Natale ma è arrivato nell'anno nuovo, con meno prodotti di quanto indicati. Se non potete accomodare degli ordini online perché troppo impegnati per natale dovreste almeno avere la buona cortesia di non accettare ordini, o almeno dovreste spedire gli ordini già pagati con priorità perché questo non è un problema del cliente se voi non sapete organizzarvi.
